I've seen this movie several times over the years. I actually purchased the standard blu-ray years ago. However when I saw this Steelbook go up, I had to own it. It looks better in person. The design is cool, plus it comes with a plastic protective slipcover. The print on the discs themselves is very cool as well - at first I thought the little price sticker was real! I tried to peel it off and quickly realized it was part of the design. Very cool and unique.

This is a great film, and a very well-made one at that. The 4K transfer is a nice upgrade in both picture and audio. The artwork on the steelbook is very good and I really appreciate the inclusion of a slipcover here. More studios need to take a page from Lionsgate's book and start including plastic slipcovers with their steelbooks. Overall, this is a good purchase for anyone who is a fan of gritty, realistic war films.

Steelbook arrived in great condition. They all should come with a protective sleeve. Great detail in the 4K disc. The sand, the sweat the grime all present. Worthy upgrade for a great movie. Great sound as well. Each gun has a unique sound. Love what they did with the design of the Steelbook and even the discs have a nice touch you’ll notice from the movie. Perfect.

Excellent movie and the steelbook is extremely well designed and beautiful. The only knock on this is that because the film was shot in a specific way, the picture has a lot of grain and can look out of focus in some shots. Again, this is the creator's intent I believe and some shots are outstanding, and it does add to the gritty wartime atmosphere also. Just don't expect a crystal clear digitally shot-type picture on this one. The audio is reference quality and quite amazing. Overall, a great purchase and a good-looking steelbook for the collection.

The story follows the select few who are brave enough and responsible for disarming bombs in the Middle East. The story is incredibly gripping and keeps you on your seat the entire time. Jeremy Renner is a compelling wild man who does not get along with his fellow teammate Anthony Mackie. But they both understand it is important to get the job done. It keeps you wanting more. Like a drug. Which are the first words to appear on screen: "War is a drug." No wonder it beat out Avatar for Best Movie.
