I didn't have high expectations for this movie, it received awful reviews and then I haven't heard much about it after it left the theatre. I decided to give it a try because Steve Carrell and Jim Carrey never let me down and I literally laughed through the whole thing. If you are a fan of the two actors, you will not be disappointed.

After watching the previews, I expected dumb humor of the post-90's SNL variety. However, I bought the movie because it was very cheap on sale and gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised to be laughing throughout the movie. Though not quite "intellectual humor," the jokes were more than simple childish gags and provided great entertainment.

I am sad this movie did so poorly at the box office. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I may see it in a different light than most as the hobby Magician for the average movie goer. I though the story was great how they poke fun at the Vegas Magic scene and yet made it a heartwarming story overall.

This is a good comedy with some pretty funny collaborations with Steve Carrell and Jim Carrey. The movie does have it's serious moments, and the comedy can be a bit bland at times. But it is always good to see Jim Carrey in more movies.

If you're a fan of David Copperfield, Chris Angel, or other magic acts then you'll love this movie. It has an amazing cast and you'll be laughing most of the movie.

very funny and hilarious... glad to see Jim Carrey back, but wish he wad the main protagonist. Hope to see Jim Carrey back more... Very funny Steve Carell.

Definitely rent this move, although not sure if you would want to buy it. It is funny, just not the kind of comedy I was looking for.

All star cast of actors in the drama and comedy genere. Makes this worth checking out, good laughs, good story about friendship.

Funny film. It is not hilarious, but a fun leave your worries at the door and just relax, kind of movie.

Steve Carell as a magician is great and when you put Jim Carry in as a street performer it gets even better.

My son loves this movie but I brought at in BlueRay and we don't have that so it will be exchanged. Hoping we can get it right from my mistake. He is looking forward to watching it!

This movie is just a fun movie to watch. Not great entertainment but just a nice chuckle if you need one.

Besides the terrible acting/character Jim Carrey plays in this film, it's great! Prices are always lower than marked too, which is a great surprise!
