It's a 1950's Sci-Fi story, how can you not love it? Plus, being animated, they could take the story anywhere! Absolute fun with voices provided by Vin Diesel, Jennifer Aniston and Harry Connick, Jr.!

If you have not seen this, you gotta buy it. IF you have seen it, then add it to your DVD library. It's good to watch when you're feeling down. A real great story of friendship. Awesome ending.

Just like the cover says. Instant classic. This movie takes me back to when I was a kid and let me tell you, it was not that good back then. Now I appreciate the film that it is and it is amazing!

This movie has something that will appeal to all ages and viewers. References to scenes from this movie have been made for years and will continue through generations.

This Brad Bird directed movie continues to be underrated today, and it's a shame more people didn't watch it. Now you can for less than the price of one ticket.

The Iron Giant is a great classic I picked up at best buy for under $5 to replace the VHS copy I had! Definitely worth the money for the nostalgia!

Why this film ended up being a box office disappointment mainly because I've watched this film countless times as a kid and so has most (if not, all) of my friends. But regardless, its honestly one of the best animated films ever made and Warner Bros should've had more confidence in the film from when it was initially released to its blu-ray release. And I don't why this was the case, but The Iron Giant wasn't available on blu-ray at 3 different Best Buy locations in my area (so I ordered my blu-ray online). I don't know if they're quietly putting this on shelves like what they did with the DVD. Heck, I wasn't even aware of the DVD/Digital release a few months ago. So when I found out about that, of course, I was confused as to why they released it on DVD and Digital but efforts couldn't have been made to release the blu-ray with the other two releases mentioned above. So when I got the blu-ray in the mail and I'm actually really disappointed that they gave a Blu-ray, DVD and Digital packaging for The Limited Edition but couldn't do this for the regular Blu-Ray edition given how that was released with JUST the blu-ray when it was obvious that they could've done more with it like make it a Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital combo (which is what they should've done). So even to this day, Warner Bros still doesn't have the confidence for this film like they should and its honestly quite sad. Oh well, at least the film was finally released on Blu-Ray after holding it off from the DVD/Digital releases for several months for no reason whatsoever.

Classic movie it’s about a kid is find a radioactive Robert who is harmless until the gun is playing it at him it’s a really good movie

This is a classic tale and one of the best animated movies ever. To see it in high definition is even better, and for a great price.

New kids in the family must view a favorite of mine... can't risk it being on Netflix or TV so finally made the purchase

The best animated movie of 1999!! Sadly due to WB not advertising it enough was missed by many....this one is a must see.

Our children really like this movie. We only had it on vhs so when we saw it for sale at a discount, we had to have it.

This movie is truly beautiful. The blu ray quality adds to the amazing movie this is. Enjoy with the entire family!

Fun movie, although you can tell it was an early attempt by Brad Bird. Video quality is certainly better than the DVD, both in colors and image crispness. Altough I must say sharpness varies by scene. The Audio is much better than the DVD.

My sons favorite movie. Took him to the theater to see it. Now it’s a good memory to have on blue ray !
