I wasn't too excited about this movie just reading the plot summary, but watching it was a great experience. I highly recommend this excellent drama.

Robert Duvall just gets better with age. I was a little hesitant to purchase at first , but am glad I did. Definitely a movie I will watch again.

Two of my favorite actors at their best. The familial tension, in-fighting and alienation is handled with a careful touch, and borders on poignant at times. And there are moments of profound pain and sweetness.

Great movie, superb acting, the only drawback was it was supposed to be set in indiana, but there were mountains in the background of some shots.

I like RDJ from the marvel movies so I decided to give this one a try, while I did like the movie I don't feel like it really has a rewatch factor, plus HBO added it on demand 2 days after I bought it smh

A great movie where father and son are too much alike that they clash. The judge certainly holds a grudge but forgiveness finally finds it's place between the two in a way neither of them expected.

This one is a really good story. It is good throughout, then a hard-hitting ending. Haven't yet heard anyone I know say anything negative.

Mortan Downey Jr. play a great part and this is one of my wife's favorite movies. She has watched it at least more than 10 times!!
