There is good comedy in these (original 3) series'. Not, slap-schitck. Rather, common sense. Also, comedy in the fact that a skinny and frail, kid wins against a much larger and stronger opponent. Although, the principles and applications (as taught, here) of, Karate-basics, are true (as used & referred to, in these series'), that is all they are....basic. Or, a foundation to real martial arts. This is not to degrade what it's shown, rather ONLY, to commend their use. The revised addition (with, Chan), uses the best approach (Wing Chung Kung Fu), in dealing with reality, and implementing the physics of true martial arts. Great disciplines are both taught and learned, in/with these series'.

If you remember how great the Karate Kid movies were, then you'll be very happy to pick up this 4 pack for such a great price. Even though it just DVD and not BD, the quality it quite good, especially if you have a good upscaler. The only disappointment was that it did not include "The Next Karate Kid". That might have been a better choice than the Karate Kid remake, but that's only a personal preference.

4 Karate Kid movies in one package, how could go wrong? Got this for the kids who had never seen originals. Well with Kobra Kai series they are hooked on these because they needed to know whole backstory. The newer Karate Kid movie is good for the genre but for me the originals are gold.

My son loves the remade version of Karate Kid featuring Jaden Smith! But I also got to sit and down the Karate Kid 1, 2, & 3 that I enjoyed as a kid! The picture quality is great on this DVD. I would recommend this for anyone who loves martial arts or is considering taking Taekwondo!

I grew up watching the original Karate Kids...and when I came across all of them in a collection... I had to have it. Love love love these movies. They are classic entertainment. Enjoyable for the entire family! Definitely recommend after all these years

Whether you're a fan of the original Karate Kid from the 80's or you just started watching the newer Jaden Smith/Jackie Chan version, this bundle is a must have. I must say I am not at all disappointed that the one with Hillary Swank was not included. Just as an F.Y.I. Included inside this bundle was all of the digital copies for an added bonus.

This has the 3 classic Karate Kid movies which makes this buy completely worth it. I didn't want to see the new one, but if you do it also comes with this pack. It's basically around $1 per movie. Also inside had a code for Ultraviolet Digital copy where you can upgrade it to HD for an extra $2 if you wanted that. You can't beat that.

I always Loved the Karate Kid movies . Here you get.The Karate Kid Part 1, Part II (1986), and The Karate Kid, Part III (1989).Also the newest 2010 release of The Karate Kid, starring Jaden Smith, and Jackie Chan. And the price was amazing . Great movies great deals.

This collection of movies is a time proven masterpiece. We follow a young man who single mom moves to a new town and he is picked on by the local bullies. A mentor trains him in the art of self defense while teaching him about life, self respect and doing what is right. The movie made famous the line, Wax on Wax off.

If you are a child of the 80’s and have children of your own, then this is one of those movies that you have to show your kids. It doesn’t have all the flash and effects that movies of today have, but none the less my kids enjoyed watching it and knowing all the references it has.

While Jackie Chan is not Pat Marita (hope I spelled it right), Jackie does add his own great style of acting and fighting style to an already great movie series. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to watch some older great movies with a great story line that you can learn some life lessons from.

It's nice having a collection of all the movies. I do however find it odd that they left out The Next Karate Kid. Though it is probably no one's favorite part of the series, it does feel more "official" than the reboot with Jackie Chan. Plus for completion sake it seems like it should be there. Still, the original Trilogy is mostly good, the reboot might appeal to new viewers. Good chance to introduce to kids to both the new and old.

Sequel(s) to this surprise 1984 hit. Why the Will Smith The Kung Fu Kid was included don't know. There are some glaring oversights such as "the unstoppable technique" to the obnoxious conduct of the character in KK3 . Despite such both "Karate Kids" are well worth watching.

I got this 4pack of dvds at Bestbuy for 3.99 Literally can't get better than that. Great movies and getting them all together for that price was an amazing deal. These movies can be enjoyed by everyone of all generations. My kids love them and great to enjoy for a family night at home.

Great movies for whole family to have a Karate Kid marathon. There are four movies: The1984 Karate Kid special edition with interviews with the stars today looking back at the first movie; The Karate Kid I and II; The latest remake of the Karate Kid with Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith.

The Karate Kid franchise I one of the film series of the 1980's with iconic scenes and lines thst are still used today. I have always been a fan of the series since I was a kid. I would recommend this to anyone who is a fan of family entertainment and 1980's action films.

I saw this movies and it took me back to childhood. The price was incredible now I get to enjoy this series anytime I choose to. That is why on my spare time I like to walk around the store you just never know what best buy is going to have for you.

Wax on, wax off!!!! How can you not love this classic!!??? I love movies from the 80s and this was a great 4 piece dvd collection for the price!!! I'm not a big fan of the new one with the jaden smith, that's better suited for the new generation :)

The movies are well acted and follow a good build up sequence to the story . The characters play well off each other and the characters are performed well. It is a great series to binge watch on a weekend for entertainment. I highly recommend it.

I was super excited to see all of the Karate kid movies being sold as a set. Every single one of these movies are great, and they have been a favorite of mine for a long time. I never knew there was a Karate Kid 4 until I seen it in this set.
