2nd Tier Fonda, 1st Tier Blu-Ray

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I heard this was a classic and thought I'd try it to dip into Preston Sturges movies. Fonda and Stanwyck give great performances, but I wasn't drawn into the story as much as I had hoped. Not a bad film, but not at the top of my list. Still, Criterion does their usual job of offering up a superb print on this blu-ray. If you're a Henry Fonda fan, you will probably want this in your collection.
