As if I needed any more reasons to look forward to football season...NFL, Fantasy Football, and now...The League! I look forward to the fall every year and The League is a large part of that. Witty, juvenile comedy at its best, with every show season based around an actual football season, it almost seems plausible that these people could really exist somewhere in Chicago. Think, Seinfeld, but full of insults, trash talking, backstabbing, backdoor deals, and a severe shortage of personal empathy. Don't know how long they'll be able to keep this fresh, but so far, good job!

Similar to Seinfeld, The League is a show dealing with the weekly adventures of a close group of friends who all participate in a fantasy football league. There is a bit of talk concerning football but the comedy and situations are mostly unrelated to sports so all people can enjoy the fun. There is however an element of 'trash talk' between characters who at matched up against each other each week which can be vulgar and the shows do state the "viewer discretion is advised". Over-all this is an awesome show and consistently hilarious.

These guys are giving the Gang from Always Sunny a run for their money. Nick Kroll continues to be (in my opinion) the BEST character on this show. This season was a little Rafi heavy, but still funny. Some of my pals who are fantasy drafters have some issue in regards to the actual logistics of the fantasy draft within the program, but I remind them that it's a show NOT NECESSARILY about Fantasy Football, but about the effect it has on people who participate.

The League might be geared towards fantasy football players, but the enjoyment does not stop there! My wife actually watched the show before I did, and I was hooked from the first episodes we watched! The unrated episodes can be a bit raunchy, so make sure younger children are not in the room when watching! The humor keeps you laughing and cringing the whole season.

Again just in time for NFL season comes the latest installment of The League Season 5 on DVD and Season 6 premier. The only thing that could have been better would be Season 5 on BD. Which I think they're still debating as there has been no release date set yet.

The League is a fantastic show about fantasy football. The raunchy comedy on this show is not to be missed!! The only negative was that they stopped producing Blu-Ray for this series after the second season.

I have watched all of the seasons of the league and have enjoyed all of them. There was one episode that was a bit different than their usual but it was still funny. They got back to the "normal" material after that.

Every year when the football season starts I look forward to this great series having the prior season released. This is one of the most entertaining series on tv. If you love Fantasy sports, check this series out.

this comedic cast never loses a beat or drops a pass...they always deliver the laughs from play to play. every season is sensationally funny and they top the charts on the laugh-o-meter!

This show is awesome! Have been a fan since day 1, reminds me of the things that takes place between my friends, family and I in our fantasy league. It's awesome!

Love this show arguably one of my favorite shows ever so funny. Shows great even if you dont do fantasy football. Hilarious for both sexes. Great comedy for everone

This is one of the funniest shows on TV right now. If you love comedy and fantasy football then you HAVE to watch this show. Best Buy had a great sale price also.

The League is funny show. You dont have to watch football to enjoy either. And it's comforting buying from Best Buy cause you know itll work

If you like football and you like childish comedies, you'll love The League! By far the most underrated show on tv! Nothing better than fantasy football!

With an incredible cast that works so well together and off of each other its an awesome show to watch. Funny episodes with great writing.... a must see.

I have gotton several weeks of enjoyment out of this purchase. I love this show and definatly think that best buy should order more related products.

Wasn't sure about buying because I have never watched it before but after purchasing and watching it, I'm glad I did. A very funny show.

This is a very funny series. The show is very random and keeps you laughing. Love that they pull in real football players into the show.
