I generally do not play single player games, as I have a competitive mindset. If I can't beat you in it, I don't want to play it. Given this, the last Zelda I have played for more than 10 minutes worth was A Link to the Past. Breath of the Wild is a beautiful game, with huge open worlds to explore. I am slowly playing it due to time constraints in my personal life, but this is currently the must-have game for the Switch.

There's a break away here from the usual linear Zelda model. The world is enormous and quiet - and not in a bad way. If you're okay with wandering around and exploring the environment in a really cleverly laid out game, there's always something new to find. This is one of the main strengths. My only minor quibble is that while there are a number of enjoyable side quests, I do wish the main storyline was a little longer.

I cannot stop playing this game! I love this game so much and I rated so highly! It is a 10 out of 10. I have been playing this game for over 100 hours and I’m still loving it just like it’s the first day. There is so much to do there is so much to see there is so much to explore. You will not regret purchasing this game at all I promise you!

I've never been into the Zelda series until taking a leap of faith with Breath of the Wild. The gameplay is as if you're in a seamless animated movie with countless adventures to discover and challenges to unearth. There's no single path to take and the open-world gameplay is amazing. If you're a Nintendo fan - this is the game to own!

I must admit, I've been playing the demo version of this game in various stores for a while now and have been really enjoying it. I was hoping that it would go on sale and it did so I finally pulled the trigger. I haven't been disappointed. The graphics, gameplay and puzzles are all great fun. The game feels very big and is moving at a good pace. Highly recommended for all levels of gamer!

I have yet to complete Breath of the Wild, but from what little I've played so far I can honestly say I love this game. I've played pretty much every Legend of Zelda game since the original and this one seems to be a culmination of all of the greatest aspects from each of those prior iterations in one modern game. Great for new or classic gamers.

Up until now, Ocarina of Time has been the greatest Zelda game in existence. Now, I can't say for sure since I haven't completed Breath of the Wild yet, but this game is definitely giving OoT a run for its money. It's very difficult for me to not say that Breath of the Wild is now the best Zelda game in existence. This game is fantastic and is one of the best games I've ever played (I've been gaming since the '90‘s).

Story line was great. The graphics in the entire game were great.

The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild is the most impressive game I've ever played. The world is immense, and yet it never feels too large and the exploration never seems to get stale. I know people who love games, people who have never played games and several people in between and they all seem to love this game. I would recommend it to anyone with a Switch.

They took an already classic game and reinvented it. Zelda game on steroids. Truly open world!

This is probably the best game I've ever played. I might have to come back to this review after playing another 100 hours and remove the word "probably". This game is huge, and it manages to feel like every inch of the map is full of life rather than being an empty, boring open-world. I seriously don't have anything negative to say about this game, if you have a Switch (or even a Wii U), you should buy this game.

Great open world zelda game that got me instantly hooked and a must own for a switch owner.

Anyone that has had the experience of playing on your television then just grabbing the switch out the dock and continue playing where you left off anywhere, is aware of the magical feeling. Zelda is a true masterpiece that you can take with you anywhere. 100 hours in and still so much left to do. A wonderful Nintendo work of art!

This game is highly addicting ! The story line is just amazing.

I consider myself very proficient in video games, and I just finished the main quest in Breath of the Wild. I have never played such a fun and detailed game before. The amount of stuff in the game, and how seamlessly it all loads together is seriously mind blowing. Also the amount of difficulty and challenge is so perfectly set up, that the re-play ability is very high. This WILL be a masterpiece in video gaming.

If you love Zelda, open world games, or even just own a Nintendo Switch I cannot recommend this title enough. From the wonderful look of the game to the large amount of things to do, you'll get more than your money's worth. I was worried about the weapon breaking mechanic at first but I usually have more weapons than I know what to do with. The puzzles are fun and the characters just wonderful. I loved the Sages.

This is the best Zelda game! It's visuals and story and just exploring are fascinating.

Good story, great graphics. Easy enough for for my 8 year old and deep enough for me!
