The game itself is an obvious success and needs little explanation. What I wanted to acknlowedge though is how satisfied I am with this preorder special. The box itself is massive that it comes with. I've loved it just for the sake of being used as a decoration on a shelf for display. If you don't have a poster for the game then this box does a great job as a substitute if you have the space. The carrying case is the gem of this bundle. Personally, I love it. Plenty of cartridge slots and much more protection for the console than I expected it to be. Very tactile. The music is a great add for any collection. Only issue is that I wish it came with a digital download code as well. The rest is icing on the cake. Coin is neat and the map is much better quality/material than I expected. Doubt you'll find these around at retail price, but still worth decent money if you're looking for the sake of collection.

I love BOTW, it's an amazing game. This collectors edition comes with some beautiful items for those fans who want more than just the game. The Switch carrying case is well made and beautiful. The coin is a cool little collectible. The soundtrack is a great bonus!

I love my special edition, it came in great condition, Best Buy knows how to ship this special bundle, the map its absolutely beautiful, the sountrack, the case and the coin its also magnificent, plus you are getting a great game, Im so happy with this bundle.

This game is off the chart. It is so huge and there is so much to do. Recommend getting the guide. The switch case is sturdy and roomy enough to put in your extra stuff. The map is cool and the coin is heavy and in a plastic display. Well worth the money.

The development team at Nintendo have crafted gold. After an attempt at reinvention, in Link Between Worlds, of a franchise that, while still commendable and successful, has become somewhat formulaic, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild fuses the best aspects of modern open-world games with those of the original Legend of Zelda on NES. The result is an experience in which the player wants to explore in order to grow stronger. The gorgeous art style and minimalist score allow one to feel engrossed by the environment, and it sometimes can be likened to adventuring in a world from a Hayao Miyazaki film. As for the items included with the Special Edition, I primarily bought this for the aforementioned soundtrack. I was not disappointed. The included carrying case is well-designed and sturdy enough that I'm not afraid to take my Switch anywhere I go.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a phenomenal game. This collector's edition includes the game, a coin, a music soundtrack, a map, and a carrying case for the Nintendo Switch system. I highly recommend this especially with the gamer's club.

Breath of the Wild is an amazing game in all regards. This special edition includes a great case for the Switch when you need to travel. The map is neat and the coin is fine, but the case was the main reason for my purchase besides the game.

The game itself has fantastic graphics as well as an interesting spin off from the Zeld series. The collectibles are a must for any fan, the soundtrack provides breathtaking music, and the Switch carrying case is one of the best out there.

I purchased the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild on release date and it is amazing game. Controls are great, though the aiming on the switch could be a little finer. The game is open world and there is tons to do. Great value for the money. The case for the Switch that comes with this version is great and I use it to carry my Switch to work so I can play at lunch time. The coin included is high quality and the map is neat, though more decorative than functional. IT is made out of a thick plastic paper and not cloth which is a bit of a disappointment, though it would probably look good framed. On the back is a picture of Link, Zelda, and the four Divine Beasts fighting Calamity Ganon as shown in the beginning of the game after you finish the shrines on the Great Plateau. Highly recommended!

What a special edition! Everything about this package is perfect. Awesome game, gorgeous soundtrack, superb Nintendo Switch carrying case. Worth every penny and the 10 hours I waited outside of Best Buy for this perfect edition!

The game is amazing in every respect, as you might expect. The case itself is almost worth the extra cost. I love the coin and the map is also awesome and made of some high quality material. Plus you get the soundtrack.

This is one of the best Special Editions you can get. It has the soundtrack, the game, a map, a cover for the game console and a coin item. If you have the BestBuy Gamer Reward Card, this is the best deal of the year.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on its own is a fantastic video game. I'd go so far to say that it's the most engaging and rewarding game I've played in quite some time. With that being said, this bundle makes for an even greater value for Zelda fans and non-fans a like. You'll need a carrying case if you intend to pick up a Nintendo Switch at some point anyhow, and the one included here is very well made. The soundtrack CD is a nice perk for music aficionados, the themed coin makes for a lovely collectible, and the map is one you'll want to frame. I even kept the box that housed all the items because of the beautiful artwork. Nintendo has created a truly memorable package with this. I highly recommend it if you can find one.

Outstanding game! Comes with an awesome case for your console, game soundtrack, a map of hyrule, and a collectible coin (I was sold on just the case with it). A must buy for any Zelda fanatic.

I was originally planning on just getting the Zelda game at release. But when I got up to the counter to pick up my switch I saw they had a few of the special editions of the game left. I went ahead and made the plunge and bought it. To me it was definitely worth the extra cost. I got a great case that looks like the sheikah slate used in the game. This case has plenty of room for the switch, games, controllers, headphones, and I even stuffed the charger in it. I was surprised by the quality of the map that it comes with. I was expecting it to just be a piece of paper but it is a good quality material. The coin and CD are just an added touch.

By far the most fun I've had with a video game in ages, but I think you've probably read that just about everywhere. As for the Special Edition items, I'm very happy. I was concerned the case would be cheap since it wasn't shown off prior to release. I'm actually very very happy with it though. It has slots for 12 Switch games, a pocket for all sorts of accessories, and is a nice plastic case that feels pretty tough. The map is made of a very interesting material and I'll probably get it framed. I love having Zelda music and this CD is great to have. And the coin is a nice little shelf display item. Very happy! Now back to more Zelda...

So, I purchased this on launch day. I must preface this by stating I am a huge Legend of Zelda and Nintendo fan. Now that I have played the game for over 200 hours here are my thoughts. Potential spoilers ahead. Pros: -Freedom to explore as you see fit. The trill of exploring this game was almost sublime. I kept wanting to go to a destination but there was always something to pull my attention and I found myself heading in that direction. -Shrines provide dungeon puzzles in bite size bits that don't overwhelm. If you can't solve it you can skip the shrine for another one. -Some of the best character designs in the franchise's history. I felt like the Gerudo, Zora and Rito were all very well designed. -Fun inventive physics engine allows for unique gameplay potential. I constantly found myself just doing random things with weapons and objects just to see what I could do. -Experience the game at your own pace. I never felt pressured to complete the story or do anything in a particular way. Cons: -Enemy variety left me wanting, especially after playing as long as I have. Even if some soldiers were added or more new monsters besides the guardian variants. -Bosses were incredible pushovers, I had zero difficulty with any of them All bosses were variants of Ganon, I would have loved for crazy monsters like in Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time. -Blood Moon is glitched. Hands down one of the most frustrating things about this game. Some times I'll play for hours and not a single Blood Moon; other times I've had FIVE Blood Moons in a single game day (sometimes the Blood Moon will rise in the day time). Extremely annoying. Things that I didn't find as either a pro or con: -Weapon Degradation: Now, this is definitely something a lot of people will dislike. The weapons break a lot, and I mean A LOT. It almost seems pointless to care about your weapons or shields. Personally, at the start of the game I hated this mechanic but as I played I actually found it to be a lot of fun. I almost stopped noticing because weapons, even powerful ones, were everywhere! It did help me break out of my comfort zone of what I enjoyed playing with. Normally I gravitate towards swords but with how often weapons broke I was using spears, claymores, clubs, and bows. I also found myself using unconventional ways of defeating enemies, like environmental hazards and objects adjacent to the skirmish. -Voice Acting: I found some of the characters to have great voice acting and others to be lacking. My personal favorites were Urbosa and Rivali but I didn't really like Zelda or Mipha. Overall it didn't make or break my experience. -Dungeons: I felt they were cool and interesting but a bit on the boring side. I kind of felt like the vast world had more opportunities for incredible and interesting dungeons, and limiting to 4 in the way that they did to support the story boxed them in to the boring style we got. Now this is all just my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. I do feel the game is amazing and one of the best I've ever played.

I am still playing this on the N. Switch and plan to do all the sidequests, shrines, etc before beating the game. I read there isn't much of a difference between the Wii U and Switch versions but I traded in my Wii U to get the Switch so there was no turning back anyway. This special edition has a very nice semi hard case in the shape of the Sheika Slate. The case has room for game cartridges and a pouch are for accessories. The canvas map and coin and nice novelty items. I've been a fan of the series since A Link to the Past and hope Nintendo comes out with another game in the series for the Switch.

I usually don't buy the "premium" editions of games anymore as they are usually throwaway or "gotcha" releases of extra skins, outfits, etc but this SE is Nintendo doing it right. The case is great and I've used it every day since I've had the switch. The depth of it allows me to accommodate an external battery pack along with extra joy-cons. The soundtrack is fantastic and the collectable coin is a nice touch. The real standout is the map of Hyrule which is on very high quality paper and will be going on my wall, framed next week. Oh yeah, and you get one of the best games ever made.

This special edition set for Breath of The Wild is amazing. The case is great for carrying the Switch, all of your game cartridges, as well as other accessories. The game is also amazing and is a very close second best to my favorite, Ocarina of Time.
