There is no scenario I would recommend purchasing this movie in 4k. Not one. You receive better picture quality on the BD disc and 4k upscaling than watching in "native 4k". You lose so much color between the two versions. I recently purchased a Samsung 4k display and made my first 4k movie "The Shallows". The Shallows was an AWESOME 4k movie with incredibly dark underwater scenes and amazing colorful moments (jelly fish.. UGH, movies was great) and this movie shined in 4k. Lego movie does not shine at all. It is kind of dull in 4k. Just stick with the cheaper Blu-Ray option.

Kids enjoy this movie. I found it ok the first time but after watching it a few times, stuff gets annoying!

The movie is great but the new UltraViolet platform isn't compatible with iTunes – so you can't sync across your iPhone, iPad or AppleTV. They have sloppy workarounds with their own apps, but good luck trying to walk your child through that process. I contacted customer service to see if they'd issue an iTunes redemption code but they declined. If you look at other forums, you'll see a lot of people ticked-off about this issue. Apparently, some iTunes codes have been issued in the past but that doesn't seem to be the case now.

OK Movie. Wasn't as funny as I expected and glad I only paid $4

The movie include only an Ultraviolet access code. No option for iTunes. Taking away choice from a consumer, and for a worse experience, does not make for a happy consumer. So consumer avoids studio. Studio does not understand, and continues to annoy customers. Doesn't matter how good the feature film is if you don't make it a good experience for your consumers.

I ordered the dvd/ blu-ray/ digital copy of this movie as it was described in the product description. What I received was the blu-ray version ONLY. Exremely disappointed. Especially since my kids & I love these movies.

I couldn't even get through more than 15 minutes. I kept wondering what all the hype was about. It was silly and not in a fun or entertaining way. Perhaps kids would love it, as an adult (who loves legos) I didn't!

Stop, if you want to view this movie through ITunes (eg Apple TV) it will not work. Don't let the "digital copy" fool you, this format is NOT compatible with ITunes .
