Good movie but the original Lego movie is more entertaining and funny

My boys liked it although not as much as the regular lego movies

My daughter and I have been fans of Ninjago since we visited LEGO Land. The first 30 minutes of this movie took some getting used to as the characters are a bit different to those in the cartoon. Nya took some getting used to. Once we got over the differences and started paying more attention to the story we really enjoyed it. Garmadon is awesome in this and his relationship with Lloyd is fun to watch. We bought the bluray edition which includes a digital copy. The quality through my Apple TV is great, I doubt we will ever use the discs. We haven’t watched the special features yet but are looking forward to watching over the holidays. Overall a great movie once you get used to the differences between it and the cartoon series.

Ninjago doesn't quite reach the heights of other LEGO movies, but it is still a great way to spend 90 minutes. Full of wit and charm, along with ninjas and dragons, there is a lot to like. All in all, a well built movie.

I loved The Lego Movie and the Lego Batman Movie. I also love the Lego Star Wars specials and series. I was aware of Ninjago, but I didn’t know any details and I had never watched the series. I was pleasantly surprised when I watched this movie. It is a fantastic addition to the prior Lego movies. It has the same humor and heart that you’ve come to expect from Lego animation. The Blu-ray A/V is great and there is a quite a bit of bonus features. If you liked the previous Lego movies, this one is a must have!

Purchased this movie to entertain the kids (8, 4 and 4) in the car. Ended up entertaining the 16 year old and my wife and I as much as the kids. Had us all laughing out loud at points. If you have seen any of the LEGO movies and enjoyed them worth the time to watch. In the package you receive a DVD, Blueray and Digital access version of the movie. This worked great for the family because it put a copy in the van, a copy for the PS4 and digital access for the tablets/computers.

Was really happy to finally be able to get this movie, and glad I waited because I then discovered this cool Best Buy Exclusive SteelBook...easily available and at a really great price! Although in the cover of the SteelBook it says that the code for the digital copy of the movie must be redeemed by 2018 because it might be expired, I was able to easily redeem it. Really happy with my purchase!

The title of the review says it all. I had very low expectations for this movie after reading a few scathing online reviews, and was so pleasantly surprised to discover that this third LEGO movie from WAG is actually pretty good. It's full of heart, and tells more of a story than the standalone LEGO Batman movie, which was more of a vehicle for Batman's wise cracks and one-liners. Recommended!

I got to see this movie in the theaters for free. Honestly, I knew nothing about Ninjago, but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was a fun and funny movie that my whole family enjoyed. I even liked it better than Lego Batman (which I also liked and knew more about). Happy to own this movie now. Great movie especially for boys 6-12, but great for a family movie as well.

You can watch this movie in English, French or Spanish. We were disappointed that it did not also come in German or Chinese. But we were still happy with its versatility. We played it in French-but shortly into the movie our grandchildren , they are kids after all, got fidgety and started teasing the cat. So we had to turn it off. We will try to watch it again when they are older.

I'm not very familiar with Ninjago, but my kids are. At their request (aka, please mom, please, please, please), I decided to buy it for them. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed this movie and it's snarkiness/funny humor. I might be in the minority, but I actually liked it better than The Lego Movie. I've been told it's AU from the series, but I would watch it again.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my kids. They love the movie and steel case is awesome also. I have always just purchased the plain Blu-ray movies but when I saw that Best Buy offers the steel cases for their movies I just had to try it out. I love them and my kids thought that the steel case was cool. From now on I’ll be exclusively purchasing movies in steel cases!

If you love buying blurays as I do, taking advantage of the Black Friday deals at Best Buy is the way to go. You can get the best new titles that came out that year at phenomenal prices. As for Ninjago, from now on I will always look at the name Lloyd as La loyd lol.

We've had this movie on our DVR for some time and it's a common choice for my son to watch. So when I saw that the steelbook was available at this price, it was a no-brainer to add it to our permanent collection. He loves all the lego movies and this is no exception!

This movie is a great watch for the family. It has alot of action and the humor is spot on. I got this movie for my son because he's starting to get into Legos now and he really enjoyed it. Definitely would recommend seeing it if you enjoy Legos and action with humor.

Easily the weakest of the theatrical LEGO movies to date, this 4K disc is still outstanding to watch/hear.

For fans of the Ninjago TV series this movie is a real treat with high quality animation version of the characters they love. The mech designs are fantastic! Also, it manages to tell a heartwarming story neglect and reconnection between father and son, in it's own way. They jokes made me giggle too.

If your a fan of the Lego Movie's and Lego Batman's humor this movie falls inline with those. Also this does not follow the show the names based on, its separate from it and writing is much better. If you want more Lego Movies check this out.
