We had seen the trailer for this film on other DVDs and it seems an interesting story with a solid cast. What the trailers didn't convey was how bizarre the story is and the style that the director would impress on the film. It felt like the director was striving for maximum visceral effect. That approach combined with the glacial pace of the film left us less than entertained.

Very hard to understand movie, Colin Farrell is a good actor but this movie just doesn't make a of a lot of sense
