Michael Madson. Gratuitous nudity. Awful premise. This is a great, bad horror movie.

Schlocky and spoofy horror comedy a few notches below F13th and other similar titles. Worth a watch although it has slow pacing in some parts and a boring scene or two to ffwd thru. Overall had the gratuitous T&A, a few lines of explicit dialogue (I saw both Se7en and star-studded oldie Outbreak earlier and both have far more explicatives uttered in them than here), hilariously redundant kill scenes even though the flapjacks are a bit too excessive in being shown in some deaths, and nice production value and SFX sprinkled in - just like the maple syrup needed in this film. 3 1-2 out of 5 stars for the over 18 crowd

This is one of those movies you have to be in the mood for a genuinely funny yet ridiculous premise. Micheal Madsen steals the show as the "wise sage" foretelling the doom awaiting a bunch of teenagers at bible camp.

This is not a masterpiece, but seeing Vegeta and Mad Moxxi in a movie is just priceless. I also enjoyed the funny backstory to the killer and laughed through most of the movie.
