I watched this movie at the Cinetopia really good he was mistakenly left behind presumed dead on mars[ Matt Damon] but of course he didn't left alone to survive. great Ridley Scott movie and really good cast

As soon as I saw the book I picked it up and read straight to the last page! Just terrific! Matt Damon was so believable and at times humorous...NOT disappointed at all!! It was as good as the Book!...and will get the Blu-ray!

Great movie that is definitely worth owning. Haven’t tried out the 4k version yet but I like to future proof my movie purchases.

The Blu-Ray of Ridley Scott's The Martian is an essential part of any collection of 2015's best films. Featuring one of Matt Damon's best performances and a great supporting cast, this is a very fun and re-watchable picture.

This is one of those "perfect" movies that when you sit down and start flipping thru channels, you come across this movie and can start watching it no matter what scene is playing. Great story, great cast, 'nuff said!

I was amazed by this movie. Ridley Scott never ceases to amaze in the tale of the astronaut stuck alone on a deserted planet. You'll laugh, you'll possibly cry, but you will never stop rooting for Mark Watney the entire time!

it was my first 4k movie and I watched the extended version and it was great cept for extra extended matt damons nudity. but and no pun intended it was a great movie to see with the 4k viewing!

This movie in 4K is the best way to watch it. The story and the experience of watching this film is great! Still holds up to this day.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen this movie in theatres, and noticed it was on sale and bought it so I could watch it with my folks. The extended version was nice and I’m glad I went with this purchase.

After scouring the Internet for the best price on this 2-disk set (including Craigslist, eBay and LetGo), I found the best price at Best Buy! Well, maybe it was a dollar or two more, but NEW vs. used? Done, and done!

First time watching this. Watching in 4K made it all the better. Great performances from all involved. Picture and sound are terrific

I own this on DVD but I had to buy this extended edition blu ray, mainly for the digital copy. I love being able to stream my movies and keep the physical copies unused. Plus the extra scenes were great :)

Sometimes it can be hard to get everyone in my family on board for a movie, but this one was a big hit with everybody. Action, science, humor, drama, and a little romance. And of course some suspense. Can't wait for it in 4k

Bought this for the movie......Matt Damon and crew were great. Also bought to test my new PC Video Card and Monitor for 3D. Used the 3D Disk to test the system. Worked very well - with glasses. Great definition from Blueray.

They keep to the plot of the book. The Writing of the film was a master work. The overall look of the film was great. It was Mars. The charter was real. the casting was great. The best S.F. movie in 40 years. It was real.

The Martian is a phenomenal movie that ranks with the top space-based features out there. The directing, acting, and cinematography all are outstanding. The film celebrates humanity and our will to push on through hard times.

Extended Edition has a few nice touches, but holds to the spirit of the movie. I had hoped for a bit more from the book, but was still pleased nevertheless.

This is a quality picture for all but the youngest in the house.... except for maybe just a few choice words that shouldn't be heard by those under 13. But this film will keep you riveted throughout its entire length. Enjoy!
