This was a thoroughly entertaining movie from start to finish. I liked that they seemed to use actual science instead of the technobabble which we usually see in Star Trek.

This movie has everything to keep the viewer entertained. It has drama, suspense, action and comedy all rolled into a viewing experience worthy of all its critical acclaim.

Pretty good movie despite its technical flaws. Worth watching anyway. Good fun, entertaining, and the movie keeps you watching it all the way thru. Too bad they have made too many remakes of "stranded on Mars" movies. There is at least 20 of them out there. Still, worth watching. Bluray is 141 minutes long.

A good movie. Though I was not sure the movie would keep my interest it proved to be just humorous, suspenseful, dramatic enough that I would recommend this to most people.

This is a really good movie. Matt Damon becomes trapped on Mars and must learn how to live on there until he's rescued. It doesn't involve aliens & it's not a horror movie.

An excellent movie that includes drama, comedy and a view of man's basic humanity. Damon's acting is superb and the supporting cast is great. I highly recommend this film.

I didn't see this in the theaters but decided to buy it anyways. I'd recommend the 3D version if you have a 3DTV. The movie is pretty good, and 3D blue ray is always good.

Excellent 4k picture quality worth the upgrade from bluray especially if u have a 4k Tv with Dolby Vision

I really enjoyed this movie especially with all the science involved with travel and communications between Mars and Earth! The acting and cinematography are outstanding!

I liked the movie very much. Great special affects, and I would recommend it to others to watch. This movie kept me glued to the screen, and was definitely worth watching.

Looks and sounds great on Blu-Ray. It depicted man's incredible will to survive at any cost to body or mind. I also loved the soundtrack which brought me back to the 80's.

Of the recent space movies this one provides sci-fi action as well as suspense. The many twists and turns leaves you on the edge wondering if he will make it and see home.

This by far one of the best blu ray releases in a while. Love the extended edition. Great extras especial the NASA panels.

A lot of movies need to be watched the second time and share with a freind or family. Have a library of great movies for family movie night. Bring on the popcorn...TheBob

Really enjoyed Matt Damon in this film. Very reasonable adaptation of the book. Very nice special effects. Definitely glad I purchased because I could watch it many times!

I bought this for my mom, who loved the regular cut of this movie. I wasn't impressed with the extended cut; it didn't add a lot to the story. If you're buying the movie for the first time, go for this edition. If you already have the regular cut, I'd say this isn't worth paying for.

As soon as I found out it was out in stores, I went and purchased at my Best Buy. Didn't quite get a chance to watch yet but glad I have it. It'll be fresh for a rainy day

I'm not a huge fan of Matt Damon, but this this movie had all the right elements to make it very entertaining. Not as accurate as say Interstellar, but I still enjoyed it.

I purchased this title the same day it was released in Blu-Ray 3D because I really wanted to see this movie. It actually exceeded my expectation and was even better in 3D.

Matt Damon doesn’t disappoint! Great actor , great story. Love si fi films. Hope the future and all can travel to out of space.
