While I have seen worse space themed movies, this one was pretty good. There were a few times at the end of the movie where it got a little crazy with "stunts", overall it was fairly believable. I was not really that impressed by the 3D effects, I felt the 3D experience could have been utilized more.

If you have a high end audio and video setup this bluray is a must have . This bluray will show you everything bluray is capable of when displayed on a high end system.

I haven't had this much fun watching a movie since Mad Max: Fury Road. This movie was smart, funny and kept you interested the entire 2 1/2 hours. The 3D is also great!

One of the best movies of the year. Exciting and Suspenceful with Matt providing one of his best movie performances. You will find yourself viewing this more than once.

Ridley Scott delivers again. This is an excellent movie. I can only imagine what I would do in the same situation. Dramatic, fun, exciting, this movie delivered it all.

This edition is out of this world. Forgive the bad pun, but it's really great and packed with lots of features. The best possible way to enjoy this movie.

The Extended Cut is the way to go! (Still don't know why this was nominated for a Golden Globe in Comedy - though it is very funny at times.)

I thought it was a joke when this movie was listed as a comedy at the Oscars. When I watched it both created comedy and dramatic moments. Don't miss out on this one.

i like space movies. This one lacked a little in plot, didn't do much with the story line, similar to "Gravity" A whole movie about a small plot. Nice special effects.

This was my 1st 4k movie just after I purchased my new TV. The colors look sharp. Not much extra content in the extended edition. But still worth the purchase .

This is one of Matt Damon's best movies I've seen yet. It definitely takes you on a long lonely journey that he experiences with the heart ache and trials he endures.

This is an extremly well done movie and rather quire enjoyable. Great filmaking, and acting... just use your "suspension of belief" and this movie works really well.

I loved the book, and the movie did not disapoint. Plot followed close to the original. The special effects in the bluray version were just as I had imaginined. A buy!

The audio and visual of this movie was spot on. I enjoyed the acting and the breath taking. I would recommend this movie to show off your 4k HDR tv to friends.

The Martian was a very smart and well acted movie. I laughed a lot more than I thought I would and was entertained from start to finish. The soundtrack is great, also.
