Twice the action great visuals only down side is the dancing.

Enjoyed 4k version of first film. Great to add reloaded to collection

This movie is not as good as the first one BUT it looks great in 4k.

Now my collection is finally complete with for the trilogy in 4K.

After the absolutely fantastic Matrix 4K, which holds up to the test of time, I was interested in seeing how the sequel looked in retrospect. This movies is really pretty weird, and with enough time having passed to judge it more objectively, you really start to wonder about some of the creative choices. The CGI is absolutely terrible, and is made even more embarrassing by the 4K format revealing all the details. The freeway chase is still pretty great, and the surround is on point. Actual footage looks great in 4K, skin detail is sharp, but anytime the CGI starts, it all falls apart. An absurd movie, probably one of the biggest let downs of all time as far as sequels go. A good 4K, but a bad movie.

The Matrix Reloaded gets a 4K release concurrently with The Matrix Revolutions (which is covered in my next review). As stated from my Matrix review, I've yet to get a 4K TV but in lieu of that we still enjoy a remastered Blu-ray sourced from the 4K transfer. Again, Reloaded gets its special features in its own disc, again in 480p, but with 1 BIG hiccup: the teaser, trailer, and TV spots were inexplicably omitted from the disc. This burns me quite a bit, as those trailers were so mind-blowing to see for the first time after long delays in film production. Aside from that, the discs are housed in Best Buy's exclusive SteelBook similarly on par with the first movie.

The Matrix films have their faults, but they are awesome to watch. The sequel to what is undoubtedly my favorite sci-fi film starts with a bang. From the beginning sequence to the overly CGI'd courtyard battle, a mind-blowing freeway chase, and ending with a catch, this movie is fantastic and a good followup to a film that did not need a sequel, but many years later, I am thankful where made.

The release of the Matrix Reloaded in 4K release; The film has a, more natural look of the first film done in Blu-ray, the Matrix Reloaded has made sequels much better. The CGI effects are fantastic especially the slow motion scenes.This film gave the Matrix a whole new lease of life in 4K. If you saw the first release in Blu-ray it's a must to see it again in 4IK It is fantastic!

Excellent 4K picture with HDR, and 3D Sound with Dolby Atmos. The entire Matrix trilogy is very consistent throughout with a filmic 4K transfer. The HDR and Dolby Vision look beautiful on OLED, excellent contrast and makes the image pop and look very realistic.

It’s been a while since we had seen the last matrix. With the exception of one drawn out scene it’s full of suspense and action. The Dolby atmos sound was good with heavy rain at the end and machines everywhere in scenes. Visually it was more stunning than we remembered, good 4K rendering.

Neo, Morpheus, Trinity, and the rest of their crew continue to battle the machines that have enslaved the human race in the Matrix. Now, more humans are waking up out of the matrix and attempting to live in the real world. As their numbers grow, the battle moves to Zion, the last real-world city and center of human resistance.

Still doesn't best the original movie. Some scenes have problems. Very vague criticisms I know but I'm sure I will bore you with them. Watch it if you want.

WOW! The Matrix Reloaded is awesome. The remastering of this movie, actually the whole series is excellent. The action scenes with Neo and Trinity are crisp and draw you in because of the 4K Ultra experience. The Dolby Atmos sound immerses you into the fights. This is a must have movie in your collection.

This movie is already a great sequel to the acclaimed The Matrix. Now remastered in 4K HDR it really shines I would say this looks nicer then Revolutions but not sure about the first movie. It doesn’t have a lot of grain like the third one does so it’s a very clear and vivid picture highly recommend it
