This is such a fun and enjoyable movie to watch. It kind of brings me back to the days of Twister and Deep Blue Sea. The movies that are ridiculous, but yet keeo you coming back for more. The 4k disc is great, not the best 4k quality out there, but it still looks pretty.

Entertaining action with a good plot. I don’t understand all the hate. Could it have been better? Yes. But it was still a fun movie. 3D looked great, although a couple more pop-outs would have been nice. 5.1 DTS sound was good, but the 3D disc should have had Atmos.

The movie is as dumb and silly as you'd expect a giant shark movie to be, but kudos to Warner Bros. for how great it looks in 4K. Between this and Aquaman, they've put out two completely mediocre films that both have impressive video quality on my TV.

The storyline on the mega is not bad. It brings a whole new concept to the ideas of deep sea. What if there is a protective barrier separating different ocean levels and that barrier is so cold that what's underneath can escape to go up to the surface world. Unless that barrier is breached causing Klonopin tunnel lost a whole concept behind this movie The Meg. The action of the movie is well done storyline like I said could be a lot better the CGI Graphics are very well done specially for open ocean areas. Overall I do give it three stars at the storyline had gone maybe a little deeper then I would maybe give it two and a half but for what it's worth it's not a bad movie it's not as good as Jaws but it has a good point.

I was expecting your every day shark movies but was i in for some surprises. jason staythem i thought did a great job but the little girl in the movie stole the show. some memorable lines and a more character developed story than your average shark movie has. excellent CGI i really liked this movie.

This was an interesting and well done show. I liked how they kept it going with an imaginative take on the thought.

I was surprised by this film wasnt expecting much ,but the action is really good ,the humor was good also ,Jason stratham did a good job also ,I am a huge movie fan of shark films going back to the movie jaws,so this one was no exception,

I enjoy this movie because the shark is initially in the dark. Just like Jaws till they go into its territory and see it eat . I like the fact that it’s not any United States beach that it attacks but another nation. Picture is great, shark looks great however the story could be better.

a fun movie with Jaws like intensity with good action and a collaboration of stars from here and asia.. Jason statham is a cool action hero with great one liners and athlelic ability. A great moderm day Jaws movie and fun supporting cast.

Don’t expect a deep Jaws like shark film here. It’s got an ok backstory and saw jaw dropping moments but it’s few and far between. It does have two big “OMG” moments and lots of fun and good moments though. You’ll and enjoy it.

This is not a review of the movie but the Best Buy steelbook packaging of the movie. The packaging is excellent quality. It includes the 4K, Blu Ray and Digital copy. Nobodys does the special editions or packaging better than Best Buy! Just for teh collector. Kudos!

Good shark movies have been hard to find since Jaws. We have had a couple recently. The Shallows and The Meg are the best. The Meg was well made, Jason Statham was great supporting cast. Plenty of action. You will enjoy this movie.

Much better than I expected. A FUN film filled with good CGI except in 2-3 shots. I thought the story was good with a 2018 version of Jaws. Jason Statham is his usual alpha male character. I enjoyed it enough for multiple viewings.

If you like to see the future, h r email is a way to see it, very intense, great action, and keep in constantly thinking, what is going to happen next. When I say future, I mean the ship, the way things are going to be built.

The Meg is an updated Jaws movie, only with a bigger Chomp! The ocean scenes are amazing along with the under water Atmos sound. Makes you feel like your underwater with ocean life. I would reccomend this movie with it's action scenes and adreline rush chases. Get the Meg

It has Jason Stratham who of course plays Jason Stratham in the great deep blue sea...wait that was another film....special effects were decent and the film does get a bit waterlogged here and there...but it has Jason! Enjoy

While Jaws doesn't have to worry about losing its title as the best shark movie ever, The Meg was a fun movie too watch. It was one of the better summer movies from '18 and was of course best enjoyed up on the big screen.

The Meg wasn't too bad at all. I found it a decent watch and it has repeatable watch qualities. The Dolby Vision HDR is pretty good and the Dolby Atmos is decent as all. Although I don't recall any too significant overhead effects that really caught my attention.
