As an immigrant and Vietnamese American, I always want to know more about this country, how it was built. I watched this series in TV when it first came out approximately 2 years ago. Since then ai'd been i the local Best Buy to look for it. I finally found out hat yes I can own these DVDs, but Best Buy inly caries them inline. So I bought these DVDs. I love the stories in these DVDs so much. You can't learn the details of how American was built in history classes in elementary school and even high school. Your history teachers probably don't even know these stories themselves. Highly recommended

A good movie to watch containing the men who made America great with their talents...

History channel was sold out and was more expensive on Amazon and History channel. Delivered in great time.

"Frontiersman" is the best historical portrayal of this era I have ever seen! I love it simply because it's a history lesson you can sit back and Watch. I have learned so much! One thing that surprised me, was how different idioms got started that are still in use today 200 years later. I definitely recommend this to anyone in love with time period, the people, and the suffering and lives they gave as they fought to settle and own their own piece of our amazing country.

This is great, entertaining series from History Channel. Dramatic and well done.

These men were amazing! Great history of how America was settled and grew. I wonder what America would be today if these men were not around. If you love history, this movie take you back in time and you where you can feel as if you were almost there. Just awesome!
