THE MIRACLE WORKER WINS AGAIN!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Patty Duke was a phenomenal Helen Keller in her Oscar-winning role, but again, this time in the role of Helen's teacher, recaptues all the bravura created by Oscar winner Anne Bancroft. Melissa Gilbert is a memorable young Helen Keller. This 1979 television drama in color is as memorable and movie as the black-and-white original film and adaptation of the stage play with its two original stars.
