I am a huge fan of Lady Gaga, and this DVD is going to blow your mind! Lady Gaga presents the Monster Ball live from Madison Square Garden is a show that will set little monster's free, and you will go home loving yourself more than ever! If you missed out on previous Monster Balls for what ever reason just buy this DVD and have the Monster Ball in your living room! PAWS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a complete concert. Lots of weirdness happening. They shouldve stick to just singing and hving fun. The title says it all.

Loved the great music and live performance aspects of the show!

In the opening of this bluray you follow Gaga into a manhattan store as she picks up a cup of coffee. Shes dressed in a leather studded jacket, spiky sky high heels and behind a pair of Chanel shades holds a star. I use the word star not only in reference to a music star, but a shining beacon of hope in a cruel world. Hope that equality and a world without prejudice can one day exist in our lifetime. Gaga owns the stage with her style and music, but also with her inspiring words to the crowd making you feel like you really can be whatever and whoever you want to be. One of my favorite parts of this Bluray is the behind the scenes when shes speaking to two fans as she signs their shirts. So behind the chanel, the spikes and studded leather there is a girl that speaks the truth and makes you walk away believing that you were truly born this way.

I saw this show live when Lady Gaga came to Milwaukee and it blew my mind. I was so excited for the DVD of the tour so I could remember this show forever. I recommend this for anyone who would love to relive this show and for those who couldn't make it to the tour. It's just great!

This is the show of all shows for 2011. I've seen this show on HBO and have been waiting somewhat impatiently for this to come out on DVD. The day is finally here. Little Monsters.. YOU NEED THIS DVD. One heck of a show and awesome human being.

Picture quality is simply stunning! Audio is wonderful as well. Highly recommend getting the Bkuray over the DVD if you can. Being a Little Monster Obie anything gaga makes, but I absolutely love this. The concerts production is great. Not too flashy and with Gaga's amazing live vocals it adds up to perfection

Okay, so I saw this show live and I came away with the same thought: Great performance but the production value could be improved. This bluray looks and sounds very good, but the way it was filmed does not do anything to bring drama and excitement to the show. A good example for comparison would be the Madonna bluray. It's explosively dynamic and explosively visual! The audio on Monster Ball is clear but seems to be missing oomph. I was disappointed with the start of the show. No buildup whatsoever! How am I supposed to get goosebumps again with a beginning like that?! No worries. If you are a Gaga fan you will enjoy this concert. I read another reviewer who said do not to buy this bluray. Give Gaga a break. It's her first major tour. I'm not sure why we ended up with an HBO production. Surely her label can afford to pour some real money into filming her show properly. Hopefully her next tour will get the extra special treatment Gaga deserves when it's produced for bluray.

Great concert video. It shows Lady GaGa in a more personal way as she speaks to this concert audience in between some songs, so you get to know her as a person. It doesn't feel like the concert is being interrupted when she reflects either, so don't think it's song, then talk then song, etc. The music is very good on this Bluray and Lady GaGa's voice is strong and clear on this concert.. you can tell it's live and that she has great vocal talent. Love and highly recommend this concert Bluray!

Saw this concert on HBO and was glad to see it come out on Blu-Ray. The whole concert is there, plus some additional songs and footage. As crazy and bizarre as Lady Gaga is (and there is some explicit language and mature themes in this concert video) she does carry a good message for her audience about self-esteem, anti-bullying, and celebration of one's uniqueness.

The Monster Ball was an amazing show. Live and on this Blu Ray disc. The sound and picture is fantastic. you get to see virtually the entire show unedited which is great. Wish they would have included all of the break video montages but overall its a great buy for all GaGa fans.

For those that could not afford to go see the actual thing, this ranks at a close second. This was awesomely recorded and the sound was exceptional. This is a must for anyone who is a Lady Gaga fan.

If it wasn't for Best Buy I wouldn't be able to see this wonderful show in such Beautiful HD. Very great exclusive item.
