I bought the whole universal monster movies on Steelbook that Best Buy put out and they look fantastic and are some of my favorite things I have ever bought. However this is one of my least favorites in the collection. I liked what they were going for but I just didn't like it as much as I wanted to.

Although I have at least four other copies of this classic, the SteelBook & sleeve made this a must-buy. Karloff continues to amaze me with his subtle portrayals of “Monsters”.

I first watched this movie when I was a kid. It scared me so much that I remember how great it is in black and white. It adds so much to the effects of the movie.

Beautiful steelbook commemorating the universal classic monsters from the 30's,40's and 50's and featuring art of Alex Ross. A great addition to every steelbook collection.

This not only has amazing artwork and a steelbook, but it is superior to the 2000 remake, its sequels, and the Tom Cruise failed attempt at a "Dark Universe."

if you're a fan of the classic films than this is right up your alley. With an impressive steelbook, this is perfect for any fan of the classic monster films.

To be honest I have never seen any of these original monster movies and once I saw these go on sale last month I knew it was time to add them to the collection. The artwork on the steelbooks is really nice and the clear slips covers for added protection is a win win.

This classic Universal Studios horror film is worth a watch but the main reason I got this version was for the gorgeous package art by Alex Ross.

This is one of the Universal Monster movies which has been cleaned up visually and audio.. I highly recommended picking these up! These are classics!
