I love this product. I purchased this to work with my quickbooks program and it has made accounts payable clean and simple. You just hit one buttons and save your PDF and attach to you bill. Helps clean up messy file cabinets and receipts scanned in are also IRS complaint! Easy set up. Easy operation. Love it!

Was too busy to open the box... But this is dream scanner that we want.

The only thing "neat" about the NeatDesk Scanner is it's look! The software design reminds me of something from 1995. I have scanned a number of documents and receipts into the program, only to find that when accessing the documents later, the fields were blanked out and had to be input again manually (the scanned doc was still in the database program). Also, numerous times after scanning a document and waiting for it to "process", the program gives an error message stating that the program will have to close. After rebooting the machine you then have to re-scan the document. I would not recommend this product to a friend (or any enemy). you would have better luck with a printer which has a scanner and save yourself $400.00!

There is a lot of work to get things arranged and scanned. File structure (cabinets instead of folders) and help not very good. Processing documents take a long time to get a good scan into the system. I hope after using it for awhile it will pay for the price I paid for it, but first impression... I am not very impressed.

I bought this to help me organize receipts for taxes. It is very easy to use. I have not tried to output reports or export to Quickbooks etc. yet so more is to be discovered.

When you first use it you have to set up folders on how you want to store your receipts but once you do that then the time it takes to scan and store in your folders is pretty fast. I really like this product it will be great to not have to store original receipts in file drawers anymore.

I needed a way to reduce the amount of time data entering and producing reports, especially as I prepare my income taxes. NEAT is amazing the way you can just scan in all the info you have and it will produce files, which retains copies of all your scanned records, and then generates the type of report you want. NEAT, I'm glad I invested in you, you are definitely a keeper!

I did a lot of research for this type of product. decided to take the plunge. I have not regretted it. I like the cloud more than i can say.

After setting up a location for the files to be saved to, it went pretty quick in scanning the documents and then being able to search for them was pretty easy.

This was so easy to set up and use. It does a great job of scanning even hard to read receipts. It is fast.

The Neat scanner has it's quarks but over all it sure beats having all those papers laying around cluttering up the house.

This is great for keeping track of your document, receipts and business contacts. it is very easy to use and set up.

It is fairly simple. Wish I didn't have to review each and every scan when I did a large stack but overall, it is user friendly and helpful.
