I bought this to relieve the chore of Filling everything but you still have to set up folders on your computer and then scan the paper for that folder. It still a nice piece of equipment but I have not tried to use the cloud yet.

So far so good. I've had about 1 month of extensive use with it. We are transferring all paper records into digital format, so we used it over 100 times daily. I found that if you scan a long receipt or one that has a lot of print, it will take forever to analyze it. I turned this function off, and I manually input the amount and store info. No biggie..

It is a very useful product to scan all & file accordingly. I love it! You might need to improve the color scan copy system. Thank you so much for making it easy to scan and keep a record. Keep up the good work.

The scanner is well made however the software is out of date

It works perfect on a Windows 7 & 8 but for my Vista laptop it did not go as smooth.

We were hesitant to purchase the NeatDesk because of the cost. However, it has been worth every penny.

Directions lacking especially on working with different library's . Some of my information I don't want floating in the cloud while my work notes and other info I do. After figuring out the lay of the land and making sure backups are run promptly to restore if data is corrupted. No troubles

Three different scan interfaces makes feeding documents straight very easy. Does a great job straightening, de wrinkling, and adjusting contrast with little to no input. I have yet to figure optimal photos can settings. Also concerned about dust build up. In all though, a great product.

Easy to use. Works great. Scans documents very clearly. Use it constantly.

as a small business owner without a huge allocation for a cpa this definitely is a good investment.

I was looking for faster scanning capabilities because of the amount of paperless documents we archive. This scanner is perfect it scans super fast and the ocr is so accurate that it has help my business create more efficiencies by improving data management. Great product!

The only complaint I can say is that it freezes up on me at times when uploading documents.

The scanner is compact and simple to scan, but harder to learn the sorting of scanned files.

So far I give this product a 5 stars. I have no problems. I love how easy this is and then I'm able to run reoorts. It's great

LOVED this scanner, UNTIL we were going to use it on a different computer more than a year after the original purchase. THEN, we found that the Neat Company wanted us to PURCHASE software to run it on another computer!!! If I had already BOUGHT the EXPENSIVE scanner, WHY would I now have to purchase the software again????!!!

Good fast scanner! Great organizing software. Great for home and office!

I have two issues with this scanner It is a little slow accepting the scans I have to edit about 20 percent of the receipts Makes a great expense report

I just had a house fire and this thing has been great for helping me keep track of expenses. This is way easier to use than a standard scanner.
