Complicated to for home use. Scans fast, slow to load.. Never could figure out how to load multiple documents in a single file. Receipts seems to be the easiest to use. videos do not clearly show how to use correctly. I returned the item and I must say that Best Buy's no hassle return policy is fantastic.

This scanner lives up to the hype. So far it has proven to be a great asset to me in my organization of records and correspondence.

SCAN SPEED FAST BUT SOFTWARE IS SLOW. nOT SURE IF IT'S THE OCR TRYING TO READ THE RECEIPTS, BUT ENDED UP RETURNING IT AND GOT A COMPARABLE MODEL OF EPSON.

I love this machine. The software was a little glitchy with the new apple software, but it worked after doing some research.

I went to the store looking for the Neat Receipts scanner, and I came across this new product. I could not be more happy for buying it! I had it for a few months now and have no complaint. With this scanner system I was able to scan them and organize them on my computer in less than a day

Purchased the neatdesk as a means to copy and electronically save years of documents from my late Father's estate. Terrible, my sister and I worked and worked trying to get it to save some recent medical receipts. Every time we thought we were getting somewhere it crashed. We went to the Neat website several times trying to find a fix. Crash after crash for two solid days, two wasted days, save your money. Junk

This program and machine is extremely basic in commands which is great for naive computer users. The transfer of data from paper to digital is laos simple
