Great product easy to use it has helped me to be so much more organized and my time is used better

I haven't used it enough used it 2x then my cpu went in for repair worked well both times

I bought this scanner for capturing expense receipts. I travel about 80% of the time and need to get those receipts captured to report my expenses. I almost always lose a receipt and have to dig to find proof of purchase, etc. With the neat scanner I can return to hotel and within secs (after some software setup/config) have my receipt captured, labeled, and saved to the appropriate category/account. Don't leave home without it...fits right in my computer backpack.

Easy to set up but doesn't include a protection bag or case to store after use or transport.

Took just a lil bit to figure it all out - but my issue not theirs - nice product

Takes up minimal space, easy to use program. Only took about 1 hour to get up and running.

Plug and play, great for organizing a messy office. We used it to keep track of our construction work documents for our house refurbish.

Been using NeatDesk for over 4 years desktop model, but needed a travel version of the scanner. Not as full featured (double sided) as the desktop, but gets the job done.

Just exactly what I needed, only downfall not as fast as expected, but love the fact is convinient and can scan pretty much anything comes with a free trial for neat cloud which am considering I can use my smart phone to scan

for receipts. excellent I really like the feature that produces a photograph of the receipt /other...the categorizing feature another A+..takes so much tedious manual labor out of the equation. Just started working with Neat for a day, already big fan! doesn't take up a lot of desk space either, and is easy to pack in a bag for travel!

This scanner is exactly what I wanted to buy my Son-in-law. He uses it everyday to scan documents, sales proposals, receipts, and travel. The most important feature is the ability to scan & sort business cards.

I saw the neat scanner on tv and was skeptical of it but went out to buy it and it is one of the greatest purchased out there. Right out of the box it is easy to use. It is fast, portable and easily stored in a laptop bag. The scanned images are crystal clear and it automatically organizes them for you. You can't beat that. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs a scanner.

I can finally get rid of my mountains of paperwork! This scanner organizes everything very nicely, I just wish I would have purchased it sooner!

Had difficulty installing on the first machine. Works great on the machine if you don't install improperly. If installed poorly, almost impossible to remove to begin again.

Nice little scanner for the desktop. Can only do one sheet at a time, but great for daily personal use. If for business purposes, upgrade.

So far the scanner often won't activate to take my receipts. Only used it twice so we will see. In the instructions we were told to put the receipt in upside down. However, the information on the web site shows the receipts being put in face up. Will have to try that and see if it works better.

I love this thing. I wish I had bought it sooner. I was worried that it might be too small, but that's what I love about it. It can handle full-size documents just fine.

Set up easy, easy to program file titles that are most useful and personalized. Scan time was better than I expected for the portable NEAT. Plenty fast for my home and personal use! Now I can get rid of a lot of paper clutter!
