Pros: Not far from the first. The transition from 333 to 1080 HD which looks even better on my OLED via 4k 60HZ upscale is well worth it! Cons: Original cast but Jonathan was a great replacement.

I am a huge fan of The Neverending Story and was very exited to see that they had made a whole series so - of course- I had to buy them and thankfully I found them at BestBuy.com for a very low cost! DVD arrived shortly after purchase and with no scratches - plays perfectly!

We love this movie. Is very good and very interesting. I thoght was a old movie because has lower price ; but is a action kids movie . Only the fly dog don't like .Is funny . My grand daughter have 6 years old and she love it

if you saw neverending story you should like this very similiar, I really liked the first one, but the second adds a few new elements that make the movie enjoyable, worth watching.

This is only a nice follow up - using most of the characters on the first film but it doesn't have the punch and quality of the original "Never Ending Story" However the transfer of good.

I watched this movie back when I was a kid. Watching it again was like going back thru time. It has great visual quality in this blu ray restoration. If you already watched this movie you will want to watch it again and watch it with your kids and family.

nothing could compare to the original, but this sequel is pretty decent. The picture and audio are also pretty good for blu ray.

It was a little corny. It had enough action. At times it was a little slow, but I enjoyed it. I would recommend it for children.

Loved this movie when I was a kid. Don't own a VHS anymore so this is great to have this movie again in my library.

This is an HD release of a timeless movie. The improvements could be better but the story is the same good one.

The them of this film plays off of the first film. The first film is an amazing adventure that most kids will enjoy and the second is a decent follow up. The original Neverending Story is highly recommended.

You really cannot beat the never ending story films. I watched them as a child and now my children watch as well :)

I had never sat and actually watched This film but as a collector of classic childhood films of all ages, I figured it must be classic for a reason. I thourghly enjoyed the First movie and it's story and the characters. I am now looking forward to reading the book which is always better than the film. As for this sequel, it could've been better but is not horrible nonetheless. Way to much time had gone by when it was being filmed as it doesn't feature its original cast. I know there is a third film but due to this film, I'm Not interested.

This is a sequel. The first one was excellent. This one is just a good. A must watch for any fantasy movie lover.
