The album sounds very unique just like every other mudvayne album ever released there is a little of everything in this one. Has a softer feel at times but then SLAMS you in the face with riffs that will get you going. That is something alot of bands overlook nowaday, they stay heavy all the way through never slowing down and then some stay slow through the song and never pick up. This album is a perfect blend. When you buy this album YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!! With that said, check it out there is nothing to lose as long as you are a mudvayne fan.

Got to preview the entire album about a week ago, and it is pretty awesome. "The New Game" has the more rock sounding taste but still has the typical Mudvayne feel. Gray adds in the rhythm singing while pounding it with growling screams throughout "The New Game." A new chapter in the Mudvayne saga that is a must buy. Check out: "The Hate In Me," "A New Game," and "We The People" for the heavier sounds.

I got in the mail yesterday and was very weary of this cd cause I heard it was more poppish from blabbermouth. I totally disagree with that, its a great cd. I may add its not a typical mudvayne cd. Chad goes hard and soft alot more, alot more melody in this cd. My favorite song is Same ol so far. If you love Mudvayne you will love this cd, it might take a few listens but give it a chance. If you want ld 50 2 were never getting that cd so don't listen to it then!!!!

No jazz guitar (claimed 3 years ago)or anything new whatsoever. Good pop-metal jingles (like "happy"). Sounds like End of All Things plus Hellyeah. I love! the previous 3 cds, but I am so sad to say the bassist and double petal bass drum barely ever came through. Still great to hear new songs from these guys for 10 bucks.

This is an outstanding effort by Mudvayne and doesn't disappoint. There has some criticism that this album doesn't sound like LD-50 or whatever. I agree. That what makes Mudvayne a great band is they try new things with each album. If you want a band that cranks out identical albums go listen to AC/DC. If you are a longtime Mudvayne fan or a new listener grab this album. You will be pleased!

Even that tiny sample give me shivers up my spine, and with that said, yes I am a HUGE mudvayne fan. This album will hopefully change the way we see mudvayne without messing with the factors that made mudvayne awesome. The only thing that angers me off is that I have to wait untill NOVEMBER!!!!!!!!!! :(

I wasn't really impressed with this release. There wasn't really anything all that catchy about it; no real hooks or anything memorable. These guys are definitely good at what they do, don't get wrong, this cd just isn't up there with their other releases, in my humble opinion. If you are a die hard fan you're all set. If this is your first Mudvayne album, it's not a good representation of how talented they really are.

If you are buying the cd for access to the tickets, make sure you make the quantity two!.. I preordered it today so I could get tickets for my boyfriend,but the access code only allows you to purchase ONE ticket per cd you preorder. that's really lame... it's not like we each need a copy. LAME DEAL GUYS.

If you liked The End of All Things to Come album...you'll love this! Great melodies and lyrics...and rock!

I was really disappointed when I listened to this cd. I heard good things about them and I like harder rock but I didn't enjoy their songs much. I guess they are just not for me.
