Amazing collection, if you enjoyed any of the Nioh games or the souls games, you will enjoy this series. One word of caution, it isn’t the easiest game and some may be overwhelmed by the difficulty, but if you give it a chance, I doubt you will be disappointed. It looks great and plays extremely well on the PS5.

Nioh and Nioh 2 are phenomenal games. Challenging but rewarding gameplay that doesn’t feel like a chore. If you are struggling with a section, give it a break and come back later. That advice helped me a ton. Jewel case was damaged in shipping, hence the star reduction. Game discs included all dlc, no downloads required, and they were in great shape despite case damage. The game came in a thin bubble package, no other padding or protection. Highly recommend, just consider the possibility of damage during shipping.

I got this game for $20 on sale it’s a really good value. One thing I wanted to mention is that it includes a disc for each game which is really good because you won’t have to redeem any codes for dlc or any of that bs.

Nioh 1 was a highly overlooked game considering how good it is, Nioh 2 did a great job with the Oni mechanic and character customization

A great game that's similar to the soulslike genre, but doesn't follow the same exact formula. In this game, unlike others like elden ring, its not all about trying to parry or dodge attacks, but guarding too. You can't understimate common enemys, lower your guard and suddenly your dead. Its not all against you though, you have access to many different items to help you (and on many occasions you can even just run by them). Understanding the mechanisms is a bit confusing at the start, but you'll slowly understand it after the countless deaths you experience. It's hard and even if I find myself frustrated, I can't stop playing the game.

Great combo!! I picked this up with a discount so I only paid $10 and some change!!!! The amount of hours you can sink in to these games is crazy!!! You can easily sink hundreds of hours of completing everything in both games!! Be warned these games can be very challenging to the point some may have trouble especially younger gamers, but if you like great games that offer a heck of a challenge and good gameplay then I’d highly recommend picking them up in this package as you get all of the game content for both games including all DLC and it’s all been completely remastered!!!

These games are very well made, although they are inspired by dark souls they set themselves apart with story and gameplay differences that make it a unique experience.

Both of these games are fantastic. Not sure how well it’s aged visually but the gameplay is well done. Frame rate is stable and upgrades to the PS5 removes performance issues. The ability to create your own personal avatar is an unexpected joy. Have 2B as heroine keeps me motivated in any game

This collection is a improvement over the regular ps4 versions. It has 120 fps and improved graphics. Loading times sre instantaneous.

Very entertaining game, I enjoyed the story the graphics and the gameplay.

2 classic games remastered for the PS5. Although they suffer from balance issues, outdated hub design, and weird hit detection....the combat and speed mixed with the combo/build options is staggering. Outside of From Software, no other company provides this experience. I will even say Nioh provides more diverse gameplay although it can be very complex and off putting to newcomers who think the combat is mote straight forward. I will say the learning curve is high, but once you get there...you might even say the combat is better than Fromsoftware titles.

The Nioh games are probably the best ‘Souls likes’ that are NOT developed by From Software. This is mainly because Nioh captures all of the challenging and rewarding feels of a proper From Soft Dark Souls game with a touch of that signature Team Ninja action combat and style found in games like Ninja Gaiden 2: Black. In fact, I picked up this collection while it was on sale because Ninja Gaiden 4 was just announced. If you love challenging action RPGs or the Dark Souls and Ninja Gaiden Black games then you’ve gotta check out the Nioh collection. It’s truly a must for hardcore action RPG fans.
