It is light-hearted and hilarious. Every character is well developed and clever. I highly recommend this to all of my family and friends who have ever worked in an office environment or know someone who has.

This is the best tv show ever. Its hilarious, and gets better and better every season. Michael(Steve Carell) is hilarious. Every character is funny. It never gets old. I watch it all the time.

The Office season 3 is the best yet and this DVD set is packed full of deleted scenes. Some of the deleted scenes are funny then the actual episode. The deleted scenes were worth the price alone.

season 3 of the office is by far the best season yet in my opinion. I flew through all four discs much faster than expected and now am waiting for season 4 to come out. Great purchase.
