I'll be honest, It's hard to call this an "HD Movie" but that's not why I bought it. If you are a fan of the classics, this is a must have. My 3 year old loved it.

The OG X-Mas films for Children. Did wish the classic Dr Seuss' Grinch was included but still worth the buy. Thank God for this find! Merry Christmas!!!

So, with this set you basically get exactly what you paid for... and that’s not a bad thing. 5 specials with a few special features is all I really wanted. The picture quality is good. I wish the 16x9 aspect ratio was utilized with a holiday border, but that’s nitpicking. These specials look better now than they did when they first aired. The discs advertise 5.1 sound, but I never heard anything out of the rear channels. They’re still strictly mono affairs in reality. If you like owning these specials, but don’t want to stream, this is a great option.

A pack of Christmas specials that are wonderful. Rankin/Bass films have been on TV during the holidays for years. They are fun family films that teach valuable morals, and lessons for everyone. The true meaning and spirit of Christmas is captured in each of these lovely films. The animation and puppet work are top notch. You don't see that used today in film. Love how they are cleaned up on Blu-ray and Ditigal HD.

I cant help but smile. I always love this time of year since a child when all these 5 shows would be shown on TV. Of couse, it would be 1 show 1 week & then another the next week. Now i have them all & can watch them anytime I want! I also get to watch them with my granddaughter who has never saw them before at all.

We got for the nostalgia but after watching realized we didn’t need all five movies. We should have just gotten our favorites.
