Solid series showing the Pacific side of WW2. Not quite as good as Band of Brothers but still very good.

Highly recommend The Pacific, if your a fan of good mini series collections such as the Band of Brothers which I loved, then you will enjoy The Pacific.

So happy that I saw this as I was walking by, one of my favorite series at a great price, couldn’t pass it up.

Great War mini series that not only is it entertaining but educational. With special features of real veterans sharing there experiences while on duty.

Some of the most iconic balls from the pacific theater in WWII. The characters and the story telling make each battle more personal and intimate, very engaging.

Realistic,dramatic history lesson. Great job. The viewer gets involved and cares about the characters,except they aren't characters, they're real men!

An amazingly accurate portrayal of the Pacific War. The acting and emotions were spot on and the effects were very good. A must watch for any history buff.

Starters the steal caseing these bluray are stored in are great as are the series episodes start to finish a must have if you like WWII based on true adventures.

A great companion piece to BAND OF BROTHERS, this HBO series captures the horrific brutality that was the Pacific theatre during WWII. Gripping stuff.

An excellent series about the men who fought in the Pacific during World War II. Told in the same vain as it's fantastic companion series Band of Brothers.

Watched this on HBO a while back and decided I would buy it next time it was on sale. One of the best wartime stories ever made.

Great HBO series. Nice to own on bluray. Arrived with steelbook packaging. Awesome price as well.

I've only watched two parts so far. I believe they could have gone into more detail. There appears to be a lot of hopping around instead of a main theme. I know it's about three guys but there still could have been more detail of the battles. Otherwise, it's pretty good. Band of Brothers was better!

This series follows the great John Basilone's career in WW II. It is similar to Band of Brothers in style and production value.

THIS IS ANOTHER GREAT WW2 SERIES FROM THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED ON BAND OF BROTHERS. IT'S BRUTAL AND SO REAL. COULDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ONE!

Just like Band of Brothers. You are taken into Americas history. Will leave you feeling even more proud of your country. A Great format of story telling.
