    A politically charged chase thriller from the very late 1980's when the cold war was winding down. Gene Hackman and Tommy Lee Jones are excellent in their roles. The Blu-ray AV quality seems typical for an older movie. From the director who gave us Under Siege and The Fugitive. Give The Package a watch, you won't regret it.

    Gene Hackman is his usual outstanding self in this movie set during the Cold War. Plenty of action and intrigue. Highly recommended.

    This is a good old fashion thriller. Not much car chases, but the story holds you to the end.
