Marilyn Manson doesn't disappoint, great sound, visuals and thrills...if your an avid listener and Guns & Roses follower you'll love this album as well as others like Tool, Korn, and Nine Inch Nails (NIN) ! Album info needs work but overall worth it in the end.

I bought this because I love the song Killing Strangers from John Wick. I don't know how it really compares to his other albums but I really like the whole thing. My only recommendation would be to get the deluxe version. It has acoustic versions of 3 of the songs that are probably my favorite part. It is really interesting to hear them stripped down.

This CD is really pretty solid on style. There is a bit of a laidback vibe to some of the tracks. A couple of them feel a little long & repeatative, almost hard to sit through. But there are also some really cool ones as well.

This is a much different sound than what we are used to with Marilyn Manson. It sounds like it was produced by Jack White, with a very heavy funk and guitar sound. Actually, it was produced by Tyler Bates, who is a great cinema composer (300, etc). The more you listen to this album, the more it grows on you. Listen on a good system to hear the small details.

While it's definitely not my favorite Manson album it's his best in the past decade or so (probably since Golden Age of Grotesque at least). I like the sound of the album as a whole moreso than the lyrics.

If you think he is done, then rethink, this must be his best record ever, just keep in mind now he is going solo and this is not as hard rocking as a few years ago, leaning more towards electronica. Also deep six may be his best song ever.

I listened to entire album. It's ok. Not his best work. I suppose if you are a Manson fan you will own the album, but this is almost a "softer" work. I miss his original angry songs...beautiful people etc

The music on this CD captured my attention on the very first listen. I have liked his music in the past but this is the first album of his I have actually bought and I could be happier.

After two less than stellar albums, Manson comes back strong here. True to form, and harkening back to his best years without merely recycling, this is a great album.

Ordered the cd with confidence that it was going to strife in a timely fashion and in good shape. Both happened and I am very satisfied with the purchase this far.

Marilyn Manson hits it out of the park again. Great CD with some awesome songs. Great price at BestBuy! Definitely would purchase again.

I liked the album but after a couple of days I was done with it. There was a few songs I just wasn't feeling on this album.

My girlfriend loves Manson so bought it for her. She listens to this cd often and I've listened to it a few times. Would recommend it for other fans of his work.

I am not a huge Marilyn Manson fan however my girlfriend is. I bought this CD for her and she loves it. To tell the truth I have gotten into it as well.

This is an Ok album not every song is great but enough of it is to buy it and have it in your collection

Definitely a slightly different sound for M^2 but I like it!

Marilyn Manson keeps his music true to his style. Music, lyrics and meanings is typical perfect Manson ! I look forward to seeing him live again!

Manson finally came back with his old school creepy sound that I grew up loving. This is Manson at his finest since Mechanical Animals

This is Manson's best album since Holy Wood. It's not as heavy, but every song is great.

This album is fantastic. The album "the pale emperor" is a well mixed, and catchy addition to the work of Marilyn Manson.
