A Fun Film for Jane Russell Fans

Last year I became a Jane Russell fan after reading a biography about her. I've seen several of her movies (and own about half a dozen). This is one of her more amusing roles playing opposite Bob Hope. The premise of the film is a bit zany, but it's a fun, fast paced 90 minutes. If you like old Hollywood and a semi-western you might want to watch this movie.

I cancelled my cable tv about a year ago, and have since switch to watching more DVD's. The Paleface is an old classic western comedy that I have been wanting to see for some time now. If you like Bob Hope comedies, you'll love this classic. Even thou it's NOT a Blu ray, it still looks great on my 4k upgrade dvd player. I like this movie so much, I will be getting it's sequel, "The Son of Paleface." Thank you for reading my review.

Classic Bob Hope when he was still able to draw the laughs. After say, 1951, Bob kept playing roles more fit for younger men.

The movie stars Bob hope and Jane Russell as the pale face and calamity Jane. They have to meet up with a wagon train to findout who is giving guns to the Indians and along the way a tone of funny things happen to the paleface.
