Peanuts is a classic, how can you not love them. Looks great in 4k too

We wanted to see A Charlie Brown Christmas (it has been removed from TV sadly) This was a good buy and included all specials.

I only had the Christmas special on DVD and purchased this set to get all three on UHD and HD. The specials are classic and have been restored to about as good as they will every look.

My 84 year old Grandma calls and tells me and my kids every year when these shows are coming on so last Christmas I bought it for them so that way they will always remember her.

This is a classic show that everyone needs to own!

This is the 4th time I've bought these Peanuts holiday cartoons. Vhs to DVD to Blu-Ray and now 4K. But our family likes them so much that they're worth having in the best possible quality. If you still have the DVDs only, this is an easy upgrade since the blu-ray versions are not only cleaner than the DVDs but they were remastered in a better way - The DVDs had a lot of line dropouts (outlines sometimes looking fuzzy or transparent) due to too much digital noise reduction being done to make the picture cleaner. The blu-ray versions were redone and fixed that issue. These discs also include extra tv specials that weren't on previous versions including the older blu-ray editions. We've been buying 4K discs even before we have a 4K TV since they all come with blu-ray discs, so I can't comment on the 4K disc quality, but other reviews I've read online say they look good. If you love these specials and have a 4K tv, it's worth the upgrade; especially if you only had the DVD versions. If you plan to get a 4K tv sometime in the future, it's still worth the upgrade since you can watch the blu-rays. We're a big fan of having the physical discs rather than going with digital only versions. Discs don't rely on an internet connection and you own them - you technically own a digital only version, too, but if the platform/app goes away, you may lose access to it. That being said, this set does include codes for digital versions as a bonus, so you can still have the convenience of digital versions -and- have the discs for the same price.

It might seem weird to have Peanuts Specials in 4K, but there is a slight improvement in video quality. And these specials are classics.

This is really great to have in your collection of movies for the holidays for all ages. Get the 4k version, you cant go wrong with this purchase!

My partner is a huge Peanuts fan, and every holiday season we watch it's respected Peanuts special, and 4K sound has enhanced the experience!

There are more than just these 3 movies included. There are both widescreen and 4:3 versions too. Very good deal!

If you own the Blu ray collection, then you know what contents are on here - however, these Holiday specials are so crisp and beautiful in 4K.. The colors are gorgeious in HDR and whether you watch the cropped Widescreen or the original aspect ratio (both options are available) it looks great. There are a few scenes where you will see some "swirling grain" in the backgrounds if you look, however, the overall colors, sound and what you get for the price (4K, Blu-ray and digital), I say this collection is worth it. If you don't own these, get them. If you own the DVD or Blu rays and have a 4K player, I would say a double/triple dip is just fine - let it ride in the automatic HDR setting and enjoy Peanuts during Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving or anytime of the year.

Great holiday classics the whole family can enjoy bringing back good memories

I think many of you reading this don't need a review of the three programs (and their spin-offs): Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. What else can I say but these are timeless classics to be enjoyed by all? (Except for the frequent use of "stupid" which I don't like. Anyway...) The 4K titles include the main program plus their two spin-offs. There are two versions available: Classic (4:3 aspect ratio as originally seen on broadcast), and Widescreen (16:9 aspect ratio that is zoomed in on the 4:3 frame, so you are missing parts of the top and bottom). The A/V quality is great. While the source material isn't the best, the enhancement shows the slight improvements in quality. There is no Dolby Atmos track, only a DTS-HD MA 5.1 track which is adequate. The only issue I have is that since the outline of the characters' heads are made with black "ink," the skin colors sometimes bleed outside these black outlines and are noticeable, sometimes distracting when the characters move their heads. But that did not deter me from enjoying the program. The extras are the same from previous editions. The only thing that is not included are the DVDs for folks who still only have DVD players. So if you want DVDs, keep your Blu-ray/DVD Holiday Collection. Here you'll get UHD, BD, and Digital Copy. If you can get this for under $30, it's definitely worth it. I'd still be happy with my Blu-ray/DVD set as well.
