Neither of these "suspense" movies can be called a classic, but they're both entertaining and look much better on Blu-ray than DVD. No extras, as such, but there are a number of language options for those who like to watch American movies in French or German. Some of the actors actually benefit from expert dubbing.

Excellent price. Had previously bought 3 discs of The Pelican Brief, and each of them only played to about halfway through the movie, and then stopped and sat at the Main Menu. I'm very happy that this disc played the movie in it's entirety

I bought this because for the price it's hard to pass up. Although I'm not the biggest fan of Pelican Brief, A Time To Kill has got to be one of Grishams best. The cast is just perfect and the story is very strong.

I always wanted to watch both these and as soon as I saw them in one package, I purchased it. The movies lived up to my expectations. Happy to have added to my collection.

This double feature is based on two of my favorite books by John Grisham - the movies do a fairly decent job of sticking to the plot lines even with it's own interpretation of certain scenes.

The Pelican Brief is a decent film. But the reason to buy this is A Time to Kill which is a great film about justice.

i think "pelican" is better than "a time".just a little bit better all around. otherwise two has a very good price

Both movies were excellent stories, actors and enough twists to keep you interested in "the next move". I'm a big fan of the author and look forward to his books being produced as movies!

I love the Pelican Brief but, combined with A Time To Kill and the price = a no brainer. You have to buy them. Great political and legal thrillers/commentaries on our times.

I saw both of these movies years ago, but wanted to see them again. So much time had passed that I had forgotten most of the story line . It was refreshing and enjoyable to watch again.

I loved the book version of both of these movies. I went into them knowing that they would be nothing like the book, but did not expect the complete disregard for important plot points. The movies overall were OK, and worth watching, but probably much more so if you know nothing of the source material.

I love both these films and was delighted to find them together on one DVD.

Star power keeps you engrossed despite unlikely plot developments in both movies. ("Pelican Brief" has some real head scratchers.) No bonus features, though foreign language audio options are there for those interested. Video an audio are good if not top-of-the-class.
