This story has such a classic Christmas story feeling to it. The actor voices (of which Tom Hanks plays just about all, except the children) are wonderful. The whole 3D movie feeling throughout was exceptional. Any child (as well as adult) will enjoy this movie in 3D. It is a must see.

When i bought my 3d projector, this was the first movie I watched on it. I still have yet to see Director Robert Zemeckis's other 3d Christmas movie, the Charles Dickens adaptation of "A Christmas Carol", but here is Zemeckis playing with new technology that still has its training wheels on, so a lot of it feels like a roller coaster rather than a narrative. That being said, i still like the movie a lot.

My family & I love this movie. Each Christmas we love to find time to watch Christmas movies and this is one on the list!!! Great family comedy too with adult hidden humor. This movie gives you the cozy closeness in bringing a family together. Wonderful movie!!!

From the first time I watched it till last week,about a dozen times it still as enjoyable. I just picked up the Blu-ray version and loved it .Just wished we owned a 4 K dvd player to watch on our Samsung 4K TV we picked up from BEST BUY.

I love this movie. I watch it every Christmas season. I can't explain how I get excited to watch it every year. If it come on the TV or I play this disc myself. The message is enlightening for children to understand and the music is magical and upbeat. A must see.

This movie is a annual favorite. Every Christmas break we watch it and have the cocoa and cookies to go along with it.

A now classic Christmas movie. It expands upon and even improves the original children's book. Shape-shifting Tom Hanks characters provide much entertainment.

What a great Christmas Special! I'd forgotten how good this was, and the wide screen Blu-ray really added to my enjoyment! I recommend this for all families!

I ordered this dvd before Christmas online & picked up @ Best Buy, I was lucky that it was in-stock & store was close by. If I had chosen shipping option, would not have been able to view until after Christmas, Thanks to Best Buy!!

I was very happy to be able to add this to my holiday collection. Another one of the great family fun movies. The kids really like to get in their pajamas with hot cocoa to watch this one.

We purchased this movie because my daughter absolutely LOVES this movie!! We even had to take her to a showing at our community college AND wear our pajamas because that was the theme. After the movie, they gave all the kids a bell, which was very nice!!!

A holiday classic for kids and adults. Great animation and a story in the spirit of Santa and Christmas. If you still believe, you will hear the 'Bell'. A collectable at a great price.

Bought this because we were taking my kids on the Polar Express train in Phillipsburg NJ, and wanted to give them some context. Even though its over 10 years old now, they loved the movie and have watch it multiple times. The Blu-Ray quality is outstanding as always.

As an educator - I needed a holiday movie with a strong theme that students could easily understand and write about in a standards based assignment that would follow the movie. My students loved it and the writing/discussion that followed was fantastic!

So far so good, i have to say i am completely displeased with the fact i had to exchange the original dvd i which was reg dvd for the bluray due other dvd showing a completely different video but had the polar express cover on dvd wierd.

We had this movie on our computer, but I really wanted it for our large screen TV. My kids love it & I love the large screen. No little screens for me. As for the movie, it's a very touching Xmas movie to watch every year. We never get tired of it.

This is a movie a HAD to have for my new 3d tv. We already owned it on DVD with the multicolored 3d glasses that came with those. This version displayed on a modern 3d tv is much more immersive. We are looking forward to watching this every year as my children grow.

I feel I need to have Christmas movies in my own dvd library, I want to watch when it's convenient for me without having to fast forward or deal with digitizing with crappy cable companies.

What's not to love about this movie? The visuals are mind-blowing and show true imagination. It features Tom Hanks (in various roles), a sensational soundtrack, and an overall good message, This one should be watched every Christmas at least once!

Despite having been released years ago, I had not seen this movie until my wife insisted on it, and found it to really great story about the spirit of Christmas (less so the religious aspect) and keeping it alive from childhood through adulthood.
