This is an excellent, under-rated television series. Interesting premise, so it is not a cookie-cutter type show. Each episode can stand on its own, but underlying plot line develops as the show and seasons continued. Am buying the series (that originally ran for 4 seasons 1996-2000, followed by 2 TV movies), because it was excellent and different, and worth re-watching.
