These three films, together with the prequel and the current TV series, present a frightening vision of an American dystopia in which all crime is permitted, including murder, for 12 hours, once a year. Surreal images and episodic violence illustrate possible scenarios when prejudice and hate are followed to their logical conclusions. A slasher series for political junkies that gives you lots to think about, talk about, and reconsider.

I've seen all 3 of these in the theater and on cable, and was happy when this package of the series became available. None of the films are perfect, but they've got a great "hook" and the stories play out in different arenas each time. If you like slightly dangerous horror that feels like it could almost happen here and now, you'll enjoy your many hours of Purging.

I saw the first film in theaters and remember being intrigued by the concept. I rented the second film because I missed it in theaters. I still haven't seen the third. I bought this on the fact that I enjoyed the first two so much, I knew i'd like the third, plus it was in a convenient pack that cost less than buying them separate.

Now with this movie, the first two I saw on cable at home and the third I went to see at the movie theater. And I was into it for real. This movie had action from beginning to end and I was ready is all I can say. So I had to get all 3 for my collection to enjoy whenever I feel it. This one is a keeper!!

Love this movies got them at a great price but I had to exchange them for a new set because the 3rd movie (last part) was faulty. Wouldn't play on any of my devices so unfortunately I had to exchange them but good price for the whole package

I've enjoyed all of these movies in the theater (all are a bit uneven, but still entertaining with a bit of political commentary), and it's nice to have them in a single collection. You know if this is your sort of thing - for me it is.

Just like the previous two Purge Election year keeps you glued to the TV, and on the edge of your seat as you never know where the next surprise will come from, or who? If you've seen the other two I highly recommend this one.

Wanted to see this at the movie theatre. Missed out. Price was very good for three movies. All three movies really opened my eyes to what the government could become in the future.

LOTS OF ACTION, SUSPENSE, LITTLE TWO MUCH BLOOD AND GORE POSSIBLE, BUT THEN WHEN YOU COMPARE TO UNDERWORLD AND SOME OF THE OTHERS ITS RIGHT IN LINE. ADULTS ONLY ,NOT FOR CHILDREN TO WATCH

I enjoyed both the Purge and the Purge Anarchy. The story keeps you interested from start to finish. The Purge Election Year however, strayed from the other two and sadly was not as good.

Terrifying. This movie or set of movies is what you call a false reality. It is about 12 hours out of the year where all crime is legal. I recommend this to any horror buff.

It is crazy to see this killing concept in a society not too different from ours. Makes you wonder if our current society will ever adopt the purge way to solve crime

I found this trilogy collection to be quite impressive. This is the first time that I had viewed any of the Purge series, and I am glad that I purchased the trilogy.

I would recommend getting this item. It has all 3 of The Purge movies and the discs still have the deleted scenes/bonus features which I love! Cheap as well! Great buy

This wasn't a movie I picked for myself, however my son loves them. It is soo much easier to buy all movies in 1 pack then separately. he doesn't have much room in his room!

Very entertaining trilogy and cheaper than buying all three movies separately. I Didn't realize there were two previous sequels until I ran into this at Best Buy.

The Purge movie collection is a great series for thriller movie lovers. And to have all 3 in one for a great low price is definitely the way to go!

I wanted to own the third part of the Purge movie however when I saw the three party collection for less than the third movie, I decided to buy this.

The collection was great. My favorite one was definitely part 3 because there seems to be more action and it was also more intense.
