The Purge has established itself as a modern horror series you can't miss out on. From the claustrophobic first film to the broad second one, this third entry brings in a political spin, and the results are a thrill ride you can't miss. Definitely catch this great Blu-ray before the new fourth film hits theaters this summer!

Overall an intersting movie as the previous two were. I like the actors pereformances and the feel of the film. Not as intense as the second film which I thought was a little too intense, so a nice mix of thrills and suspense.

As the title states... best movie of this franchise. From the very beginning this movie had my fiancee and I on the edge of our seats. While we weren't huge fans of the first Purge, the second movie was much better. This one just takes the cake. It's actually quite scary how "real" this movie is going to feel in the coming months/years.

As with the other Purge movies in the series this movie is intense due to how realistic it is. It is eerie how real to times this seems with our current political climate. Definitely worth watching as it may just be the best one in the series.

We love all the Purge Movies. They are full of excitement and keeps me on the edge of my seat. It is a little scary and the costumes are awesome. I like how there is not any nude scenes so my kids can watch without having to forward or telling them to turn around as in other scary movies. I would definatly recommend this movie.

Gotta say, I wasn't expecting The Purge: Election Year to be as good as I thought. Easily one of my favorite films of 2016. Lots of crazy moments throughout the film with a great story, likable characters, and of course you can't forget the 12 hours of legalized crime (length of the Purge in the movie, not the film running time).

I like all the Purge movies, so I also enjoyed this one. The best is still the first one, and ironically part 2 was the second best, and you get the picture, this is the third best. Great trilogy so far. Hope like Saw, they keep this going.

A jarring look into a possible future. As far as sequels go, this one follows the established formula of the others. The death scenes are pretty cool and the costumes are neat and creative I thought. "Candy Girl" made the movie for me.

The Purge Election Year is the third installment of the Purge and it was really good. The story line was good and the action was good as well and the best part of the movie is a little surprise that takes you back to the first movie

Excellent way to continue the PURGE series. New characters blended with ones from the previous films makes for a great tie into the storyline. The theme of the films is very scary and seems like somthing that could really happen. Not just ghosts and monsters. So the realism of it makes it even more terrifying.

As someone who has seen the previous "Purge" movies, I purchased this one simply to see how they continued the story. This movie is worth seeing, but is stereotypical of what you would expect from a "horror" movie.

this installment is just as sinister as ever. the plot is dubious and every man is still for himself. it makes you think of the daunting possibility of such a reality. makes my skin crawl. A must see for thrill seekers.

I'm a fan of the Purge franchise and find the SteelBook to capture the vibe of the movie. Includes the Blu-ray, which is a plus. Highly recommended if you're a fan of these films and are a collector.

I enjoyed the second Purge more than the first. I like Frank Grillo as an actor. Have yet to watch this, but I'm sure it will not be a let down. Also, $10 on Blu-Ray is a great price for a movie that came out in 2016.

I really like the arc the Purge movie series has taken. It is interesting as well as what I would like to classify as "dumb" fun. I except these movies for what they are and am therefore able to layback and enjoy them.

Interesting take on the Purge concept: political party uses the Purge as a way to assassinate a woman running for office. This film has more in common with the second entry than the first, and that's a good thing.

We rarely go to the movie theater and see 'new' movies by purchasing them when they release on bluray. Having watched the previous Purge movies, we were anticipating the release of this one. It did not disappoint.

I found this movie enjoyable enough. Although some characters were very annoying, which did take away from the movie. If you enjoy the other purge movies you'll likely enjoy this one as well.

This is a unique series. The first film had a great premise but was limited by its single location. I like that they expanded their premise and we see the effects on the country and society. I enjoyed this film.

like the previous Purge movies this is yet another great one. At first i had no idea this is a continuance from the 2nd purge movie like how the 1st 2 have nothing to do with each other but i'm glad they continued the story after the 2nd installment of the movie Pick this up and enjoy it.
