    Because I've listened to every previous incarnation of this album countless times over the decades, I was curious how this 2012 remaster would compare with the others. While I've found each of the earlier remasters gratifying in their own way, I'm of the opinion that this version has even greater clarity and presence than those previous. If you don't own a remastered version of Ziggy Stardust, I recommend the 2012 version in particular -- for both its fidelity and its low price.
