While this know is somewhat dated obviously, it is still fun to watch not only James Garner in this action comedy, but also all the guest stars. The Pontiac firebird he drives is a cool older muscle car. Angel in his recurring role is a character actor who is both a despicable person and also lovable.

An excellent seasonal episode collection of "The Rockford Files". These episodes are difficult to find at any price.

I highly recommend ALL the seasons of the Rockford Files. I bought seasons 1 - 4 from Best Buy, and I've enjoyed watching every one. I can't wait for seasons 5 - 7 to be released so that I can watch them also. James Garner is "One of my favorite actor's". He does a spectacular job portraying Jim Rockford, a Private Investigator who is an lovely man, always willing to help his fellow man. This show was made in the 70's, but it will forever be a show that I love. They don't make television shows like this anymore. The Rockford Files is TV at it's finest thanks to James Garner's awesome personality.

My wife is a big Rockford fan, and you can't find it on TV anymore. This set was reasonably priced and let us watch some old favorites again. A great buy!
