this is an old movie but very good with a lot of action and good for the hole family

The new 4K UHD Blu-Ray of “The Scorpion King” is nicely improved over earlier versions. It is a fun flick, starring the Rock and others. I enjoyed details (including facial details) that I had not seen before. I also enjoyed the improvement in sound, and the greater dynamic range (UHD) contributed to immersive enjoyment, including scenes with bright lights and night scenes. Owning the disc, one naturally can pause for refreshments, to rewatch a scene or replay the whole movie, at your own choice. No “Citizen Kane”, but within its type, this movie is a lot of fun, a fine entertainment.

Hmmmm.... Story of overthrowing a dictator in a formidable land. Ruled by a cruel tyrant who destroys his enemy to control his kingdom with fear. If overthrowing a dictator was so easy....hmmm. Now there's a thought. The story line will bore you, but seeing Dwayne Johnson with hair will keep you guessing how it all unfolds.

This is great for the Rock to star in a great movie to start the mummy trilogy

This movie just reminds me of my childhood. I loved the mummy series, and this movie is just as fun! Excited to have it on 4K, now I just need to upgrade my Mummy collection to 4K, and I will be set!

It is the first film starring The Rock, it is worth noting that he did very well, excellent and beautiful scenery. Although critics didn't treat her very well, it's a good and entertaining movie

A definite improvement over the Blu Ray. You can see a lot more detail of the costumes and jewelry. And especially the HDR helps with the contrast and the colors do pop.

Even way back when you could really see that the Rock had great on-screen charisma. This is just a fun film and the 4K Blu-ray looks excellent. Highly recommended!

I forgot how good and funny this movie was! I remember this was the rise of the rock for me! I wasn’t into wrestling so I really didn’t know whom he was.

This is the move to watch. I have always loved all the Mummy Movies and every time a new episode comes out I buy it. They get better and better.

Finally scorpion king is in true HD. You immediately notice the difference. Intense action as well as comedy. Great adventure movie

The scorpion king is like a spin-off of the mummy trilogy,just the start for Dwayne Johnson action movie career.

Great resolution and sound, classic movie with a great picture, can't wait for older movies to come out in 4K

Love this movie and love the Rock. Definitely recommend. Much better than his short role in the Mummy 2.
