Robinson at his best

Masterfully executed & exciting sea yarn!

Robinson delivers a dynamic performance as the cruel, callous commander of the 'seal' ship, "The Ghost." Fugitives John Garfield, Ida Lupino, the writer, Alexander Knox and the crew suffer immensely at the hands of the demented Larsen (Robinson) until circumstances change the fate of the ship and everyone aboard it. An exceptionally fine Warners/E.G. Robinson sea faring action tale.
