Great movie. was looking to own my own copy of this film for a while. when I saw it was being rereleased I knew I had to get it from Best Buy. great steelbook cover art. must have.

A great film maker tries his hands at horror with stunning results. The extras are informative and fun but I want more. Did you know snow made of salt eats boots!

when the artwork for this classic was first revealed it left a lot to be desired but once you get in hand you appreciate it more. Great to have this classic in 4K too!

That very old 1980 thriller movie is a perfect and clear picture! And also, pretty good horror movie, I’m still look forward to see a “Doctor Sleep,” for one day.

I have got this movie in all the video formats but 4k is just the greatest ever. You can see the face gestures of jack nicholson and find he did it a great job.

The picture looks great. I always worry how old movies will look when I purchase them to watch nowadays. I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend.

It’s the Shining......in 4K!!!! They finally fixed the color of the tennis ball!!! It’s no longer pink!! Thank you Leon Vitali for keeping the film brilliant!

I don’t generally upgrade from blu Ray to 4K, but made an exception here, and it was worth it. The colors really pop - which is huge for a Kubrick movie.

A giant in the horror genre and every bit of it's a classic. Nicholson is phenomenal. The sound design and score add so much. Watch it with the volume up.

Looks like a new movie with the Dolby Vision and new 4K transfer. So much detail. HUGE step up from the older blu-ray...and I thought that looked amazing.

Wow. The movie never looked this good in 4K! The image is framed at 1.78:1 instead of 1.85:1. The audio is lossless 5.1 but no mono track is included.

This is such a great movie and the 4K/UHD just makes it so much better. This is one of the best of the format and I would highly recommend it to anyone

Classic King now in 4K Dolby Vision. This is the best way to view this film by far. If you are a film buff, this is a must own for your collection.

I’ve owned this movie on standard bluray for quite some time, but now one of the best horror movies of all time jumps to 4K. This is a great release!
