I am a big Simspons fan and this game was perfect for me. I played it for weeks, and there is so much on the game I haven't done yet. Great voices, they are the real voices from the show! Actually a really funny plot with lots of typical Simpsons jokes and humor in every nook and cranny of the game. I would definately recommend it to any Simpsons fan. Be careful about some of the words that might not be ideal for an impressionable young set of ears. Overall I would definately recommend it!!!

I played the demo of this game on Xbox Live and I was pretty impressed. I expected another tired Mario 64 clone with Simpsons characters, but they really delivered on this one. In the demo, you play Homer and Bart (by switching between them at will) as they save Springfield from a giant donut mascot (ala Bob's Burger). The characters have a basic attack and also an array of specific attacks/skills based on something from a (or many) Simpsons episode. For example, Bart can don his Bartman outfit and use the cape to glide, shoots his slingshot at enemies, etc. Homer can turn into a huge fat ball that rolls and has some charge attacks. Switching characters during gameplay is fun, and something that is not as common as it should be in platform games. For instance, in order to get the robot donut mascot to turn around an expose his weak spot, Homer needs to be fighting on the ground while Bart makes his way for the rooftops to use his slingshot attacks. Fans of the Simpsons will love the game because it feels so perfectly "Simpson," all of the voice acting is dead-on with the show, and even the pace of action lines up with the comedy in the background (The newscaster in the background of this level never repeated the same one-liner, and I played the level for about a half an hour.) This is a great gift for anyone that grew up loving the show, and the difficulty of the game is high enough so über-gamers won't be bored to death, but not too intimidating for casual players.

I have played virtually every simpsons game ever made, save for 1 or 2 and this is by far the best. It was just as funny if not funnier than the series and the movie. The graphics were absolutely incredible and to some watching it is as if you are watching an episode of the show rather than a video game. I would highly recommend purchasing this game if you are a simpsons fan and even if you are not, I can't imagine a more entertaining game of this nature. The only beef I had was that you can only play as the 5 Simpson family members. I am looking forward to the next simpsons game.

This game provides about 3-8 Hours of gameplay TOTAL. this game has almost no real gametime which dissapointed me. although the game is still fun I reccomend it. if you like family guy,american dad, futurama, robot chicken, or any other cartoon you will like this game. It kicks @$$ for the amount of time you do play it.

As a fan of the show, this game far exceeded my expectations. The graphics are gorgeous, creative, and so much fun. The mix of old lines and new lines is perfect :). If you're a gamer, you'll probably get through the game quickly. But, if you are not, and you are playing from the viewpoint of a fan trying to see/find all the creative details in the game, it will last a while. I passed the game, but now have the slow fun of going through the game looking for all the easter eggs. HIGHLY recommended.

Well I purchased this game for my like of the simpsons thinking it would be as fun as Hit n Run,Its way different though. The games not very hard to play ,but the storyline isnt the greatest. I also thought it could've been longer. Great game for novice players but not hard core. It does have really funny things being said and the characters voices are the same as the show. All in all Id recommend a purchase just watch the kiddies ears while playing !

I've watched the Simpsons ever since it first aired way back in 1989 (yes, it's been almost 20 yrs since this show has been on the air!) and by far, this video game has some of the most hilarious one liners, jokes, dialogue, and creativity yet. If you're a fan of the show, you'll appreciate this video game for it's presentation as an interactive TV show. I don't really think this video game was meant to be taken seriously (like gamers would with Gears of War or Halo 3). It's a treat for fans who love the show. It's the same cast doing the voices for the animation which is a joy. I have to admit, this game is pretty easy and you'll probably be done with it in less than 8hrs of devoted play time. It's the experience and hilarious factor of this game that holds it high above water. Even if you're not a fan of the TV show, you can't help but laugh here and there at some of the dialogue, it's just TOO funny! If you're a fan of the TV show, this game is ALL that. If you're looking for something of some worthy challenge with multi-player online shenanigans - then save your money and just rent the game. Other than that, I really love this game!

I was really excited for this game. I love Hit and Run. But this game is totally different. If you are a die hard simpsons fan, buy it. If you are not, then I wouldn't recommend it. the missions are not as fun and there's no driving.

It is a fun game, but it takes forever to play. You will find yourself laughing at some of the things that are said during the game. Definitely do not play it when the kids are around.

This is without a doubt the best simpsons game ever made. But all af the games before it were questionable as to there greatness. This game has like 10 different games in one seemless title. not to much bad to say but not to much good either just have to wait till it comes out.

this is a fun game to rent. it wont last you very long. i would rent it twice if i didnt beat the game the first time. if you really love the simpsons than i guess you might buy it. otherwise, it's worth a look.

overall if you liked the past simpson games i think you will like this but if you are not a great fan of the previous games you probably will not like this one.

It is fun in all but when I played it There was two maybe three cuss words right there not counting in the game YOUNG KIDS BEWARE!!!!!!!!
