I have loved the Simpsons since I was in the 7th grade and that was 28 years ago. After waiting manu years for Matt Groening to make a movie finally in 2007 the wait was over. Even though it seemed like a 2 hour episode this movie finally quench the thirst of all the true Simpsons fans from day one. Now it being a decade later this film still brings the funny that we all come to love about the Simpsons. This is a must have for any movie collection you have.

As a long-time fan of The Simpsons, the expectations for a Simpsons movie back in 2007 were extremely high. Fortunately, this is ninety minutes of pure, hilarious entertainment - an extended episode that has a great emotional arc and, most importantly, killer jokes - plus, great character moments for all of the show's off-kilter supporting players.

Looks great on blu ray. Nice colors and picture. I'm sure everyone can hear the spider pig song in their head once they have seen this at least once.

Yes, the movie was released after the "prime" years of the show but it proved that given the time and effort. The writers can still put out quality once again.

Funny, charming and a must own, this film has a lot of heart, I don't regularly watch the Simpsons but that's okay, if you don't, you won't be lost on who's who, its a very enjoyable film.

Great movie to own on Blu-Ray, especially if you are a Simpsons fan. I was real happy that I found this movie on blu-ray without even looking for.. So when I seen it in the aisles, it was a must that I buy it. All I can say is that The Simpsons never looked so good with sharped picture and sound on tv.

Great ! Great ! This film is great , I’ve seen the trailers on YouTube and this didn’t disappoint. It’s everything I would imagine in a film but much more .

My husband and older son liked the movie and laughed at it. May be out of the scope for younger children. Me (queen of the castle) it was watchable and I used to watch the Simpsons as a kid, but wouldn't pull it off the shelf to watch again on a rainy day indoors.

If your a Simpsons fan you should have already seen this movie, if you haven't then just buy it already. I got this DVD in one of the bargain bins for $5. Can't go wrong at that price. Overall the movie is enjoyable with a few memorable lines and gags, not as great as I had hoped it to be but what can I expect from a show that has already done everything? If your not a fan of the show then why are you reading this?
