I love all of The Sims games and this one did not let me down. You still get all the creativity options and still have to build your skills up which sometimes can be hard when you just want to find different items around the island. I was scared that when I moved on to another chapter of the game that I would reach the end thus ending my game but it kept going which I was very happy about. I loved finding different items and treasures and you'll love the chimps! This is good for all Sims enthusiasts of all ages. You don't have to worry about letting your teen play this game!

This game is pretty awesome and I had a lot of fun with it but I definitely do not think it is worth the 50 bucks. For starters the game only has ONE save slot so only one game can be saved at a time. Once you start to play the game you realize theres sill lots of bugs in the game. Then it gets really irritating trying to get your sims character to select the correct object to move in grab mode. And it was a really short game to beat, even with building the best shelter and accessories.

Great addition to all the Sims products. The graphics are good. There are lots of interesting things to do and build in the game. The only part of it that I don't like is that it is so limited in what you can build on the island. If you want something new you often have to destroy what you already have to make space for it. Kind of frustrating at times because of that. And I am disappointed that it is only single player and only have one save file. It would be nice to be able to play against others, either on the same console or on the internet. It will suck you in and before you know it hours and hours will have passed.

I normally purchase games for my PC but after reading reviews I discovered that there were some differences between the PC version and Wii version. Most reviews favored the Wii version so I purchased it instead. The game is really fun and having to accomplish goals to get off the island makes it even more entertaining. I think just about anyone could get used to the game controls but I am a diehard mouse guy and can't stand console game controllers. The Sims games are so much easier when using a mouse. Also, I know of only one way to save more than one game. That is for each person who plays Sims2 Castaway to have their very own memory card, otherwise it's totally a one person game that nobody else can play because if they do, your saved game gets erased. The game save and controller issue is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars.

This is a pretty fun game because it keeps you interested and want to keep playing. It's typical Sims play. If you have more than one player, you can only have one save file so everybody has to play together or you play one at a time. Overall I like it and would recommend to anyone who likes the sims.

Very easy to play. Easy to learn. Also easy to beat. You dont have enough control over your player. Good game for beginers.

The Sims 2 Castaway is a great addition to the Sims line. This Sims is quite a bit different for your traditional Sims game. There are significantly less choices for interaction between Sims. The game also feels less open-ended than other Sims games. I found The Sims 2 Castaway to be more like the Lost in Blue games for DS, which I love. If you are looking for a more unique Sims game, pick this one up; if you are looking for your traditional Sims game, look elsewhere.

It was a fun game, but I found out that you can end it before all of your goals are reached.

This game is such a fun game that my boyfriend and I fight over me playing it lol ;-) I got the book it has great maps and ideas. Now I can't stop playing my Wii

20 Minutes into the game I had fallen asleep. Literally.. it was very boring. I felt like I was not accomplishing anything. The graphics were cool, and discovering new places was alright. But all around I'm glad I barrowed it from a friend so I didn't waste my money!~~~~~ If you like playing sims storylines.. you will like this game. If you like to build and do what you want with the characters look for another game.

I've heard alot about the Sims games and wanted to see if it was a game I would like. Well I do!!! You don't want to stop paying, graphics could be better but overall a fun game!

I liked the game alot at first but then i got bored with it really quick. I got stuck on the game and can't find something i need. i have spent hours on it and can't seem to find it. so i gave up. it can be fun but boring.

I really wish this game was 2 player. It would make it somewhat funner. The game got really boring and it's not very fun. I wish I hadn't spent so much money on it.

I LOVE THIS GAME!! I have played several Sims games on the Playstation and Xbox and was not very fond of them. This i probably the first Sims game off the PC that I have ever enjoyed. This gets a A+++++

I have the sims 3 for PC and this game does not compare to that. If you want to buy a sims game but the PC version not wii.

After I played this game for a little while I stopped because it was the same thing and boring. I am addicted to the Sims PC games. This game was nothing like the PC games. I found this game to get boring quickly.
