The Origins of Punk Rock

Being a big Ramones fan, but only being familiar with their familiar songs and punk standards, I was excited to get my hands on this collection and hear for myself the beginnings of punk rock. This is a fantastic bunch of songs, and it is really a treat to hear firsthand how the Ramones developed their iconic sound over their first six albums, from raw, gritty punks to polished hard rock veterans in only five short years. For any fan of punk rock or hard rock music in general, I highly recommend this collection.
